Delicious Tempeh melt sandwich !!! Hit the spot for bike to work week lunch. Great service as always. I should have grabbed dessert too.

I finally visited Park + Vine for the first time yesterday after walking by many times. Yesterday was my birthday and decided to go there for lunch. I’m in love! I had such an amazing experience. We went a little closer towards 3pm so they were limited on items. I had the apple butter grilled cheese sandwich with a side of tater salad. My omnivore boyfriend was tempted to go to Goodfellas, but saw their sweet potato burger and thought it was worth a go. Let me tell you … We BOTH went crazy over our meals! I’ve never once thought to pair apple butter with cheese but holy. cow. It was heaven. My boyfriend was blown away by the flavors on his burger. I snuck a bite of his and absolutely loved it! He also got a side of pierogies and swore they were some of the best he has had. Afterwards, we did a little browsing in the store sections and found plenty of goodies. They have tons of vegan options! I had just gone grocery shopping, but couldn’t say no to a couple packages of the vegan mac-n-cheese. On the way out, we saw vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookies so we grabbed a couple of those, too … I mean, it was my birthday after all! ALL of the employees were pleasant, talkative and upbeat. I wish I didn’t live 40 minutes away, but I will absolutely be back. If you haven’t gone — GO!

My 4 friends and I were taking a day trip into Cincinnati and stopped here for lunch. The man at the register was very nice & friendly, and the people in the kitchen area were too. We pushed 2 tables together to seat 5, ordered our food at the counter and sat down to wait. We didn’t wait long until our food was delivered. All of our foods were good, salads, grilled«cheese» and a veggie burger. I am the only vegan but my friends enjoyed the food as much as I did! Prices were a good value, and food was plated nicely on tin pie pans that fit in with the recycled mismatched utensils(this is fun) and canning jar glasses for the serve yourself water. I love reuse /recycle of items and my friends didn’t comment. We looked around the store and thought it was interesting and would have looked longer but our parking meter was running out down on 12th street!

Park and Vine has EVERYTHING! I wish I lived closer to make this my daily stop for dinner ingredients. This place boasts great food for taking home and cooking or ordering from them for a meal. They also have clothing, seasonal gear, personal hygiene items, household items, and more — all of it good for the environment AND your body! This is exactly what first world shopping and eating should look like! Definitely stop in and check it out. They have something for just about every one — even if it is just a chocolate bar or greeting card.

Park + Vine has been around for awhile now, and their trendy vegan restaurant and mini grocery store selection has won me over. The front of the store features a lot of interesting odds and ends, from personal hygiene products to wine. Further back there’s natural cleaners and a home goods section, along with an interesting clearance section where they sell all sorts of odds and ends. Pretty neat. The other half of the store is an entirely vegan mini mart of sorts, with both lesser known brands and lesser known products from national brands. You can’t even find much of what they sell here at Whole Foods, which helps make it such an interesting and fun place to shop. There’s local goodies from Grateful Grahams and kombucha from Fab Ferments, which they also happen to sell by the growler at their lunch counter. Speaking of their lunch counter, it’s awesome. Park + Vine is another one of those rare, all-vegan gems in Cincinnati and their menu is a mixture of the familiar and the innovative. Most places with vegan offerings are going to have their own version of a cheese-less mac, but the one I had here was unique. They clearly didn’t just use a packaged cheese alternative and leave it at that. It has a subtle curry flavor to it and managed to set itself apart from its competition. I also ordered a buffalo tofu sandwich, which managed to be some of the best treated and transformed tofu I’ve ever had. Their vegan ranch was tangy and while everything was tasty, I did find it to be a little bit on the pricey side. It can also get pretty crowded and the kitchen is small so it’s not difficult for them to get backed up, but overall I’d say it’s worth the wait. Also worth mentioning, the staff here is incredible. Everyone is personable, willing to move beyond small talk and engage in meaningful conversation. I stopped in with my father one weekend and when I was back again by myself the following weekend, the guy working at the lunch counter and Dan(the owner who works the register) both remembered me. Pretty neat. Don’t be fooled by what seems to be a small little storefront next time you find yourself in this part of OTR. You can grab lunch, do your grocery shopping, and find neat little odds and ends in, all in this green living staple.

Incredibly convenient and homey dry goods store. Tucked away in the trendy OTR neighborhood lives a great market store to find all of your essentials. They have a huge selection of beard oils and calendars, two things I am obsessed with. The beer selection offers all of the local craft breweries Cincinnati has to offer. The owner is a charismatic character who offers a lot of help to anyone shopping. These small businesses are the common ground by which OTR grows.

One of my favourite sustainable and vegan shops to visit in the USA just happens to be in Cincinnati. Thank you, Park+Vine, for being an oasis in the midst of such a slowly evolving mini-metropolis!

Park+vine is one of my favorite spots in the city. The staff is friendly and they offer new and exciting vegan cuisine. Vegan or not everyone should story by for lunch.

Park + Vine is a good spot for gift purchasing, belly filling, and neighbor connecting. The lunch/brunch counter is 100% vegan, and the folks preparing meals are super helpful and knowledgeable regarding plant based foods.

This is a cool little place. It’s a little café but also a store. I’m not vegan by any means but I went here with a friend. We had the«burger» and vegan mac n cheese. It was quite interesting and I found that I did enjoy it. Not sure what they put into the burger as far as the proteins go(beans, lentils, etc.) but the flavor was there and I enjoyed it. I’m glad I tried it.

I’m always sold when I walk into a vegan restaurant because it’s wonderful to have so many options and not have to worry about asking questions. Not Only do you have unlimited options on the menu, but the attached general store is all cruelty free and vegan. Oh my heart! The shop is quaint and at home with aspects of local art incorporated everywhere. This is such a sweet spot if you’re looking for great comfort food on your lunch break or looking for Cincy proud spots to explore.

As Cincinnati’s «green general store,» Park + Vine is great, and it satisfies so many needs, whether you’re looking for a local made t-shirt, eco-friendly kitchen goods, or a vegan chili cook-off. Parking is available on the street and service is always wonderful — very friendly people behind the counter who obviously care about the goods they’re providing and the city and neighborhood in which they’re located.

Stopped in to see the baby section! I heard that they had tons of different items, and it’s true! We cloth diaper and they have tons of different diapers and options that I was able to look at! They also have Amber teething necklaces which I’ve been having issues finding a store that had them. The only reason why I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is because the person that helped me didn’t know anything about cloth diapers and didn’t offer to get someone else that knows more about them. As someone that uses them, not getting the right info can make a big difference! But that was so minimal in the other experience I had there with the amazing products that we got! I just wish that the customer service was a little better.

I love this place. Like my perfect Sunday morning, besides a date with Yetta, is live tweeting mass at Old St. Mary’s(there’s a funny troll man that assists the priest and I get a big kick out of it) and then going to here. They have Fieldroast sausage and Upton’s Naturals seitan, which are the best brands. They have all the other stuff you might need, too, like raw cashews, good spices, and good cocoa. Like it’s a good store just for those things, but wait, there’s more. Also they have cookbooks and other things. Like this store makes being a vegan easy. I’ve never had food here, but one day I will. I like to cook my own food and I like that they have the products I want. Like I love that I don’t have to order things online and pay a ton to have them shipped. I just need to go here. We’re lucky to have this store in Cincinnati.

What a cool place. I’ve been meaning to go here for ages. I was surprised by what I found. What a fun mishmash of things. Random bits of everything. Seeds, the cutest baby gifts, shampoos, a tiny selection of groceries(not as much genuine vegan stuff as I would hope. Some made on the same equipment as dairy stuff.) But the food counter. The FOOD. I was confused looking at the menu. Goetta? Macaroni and cheese? I was there with a meat eater who could have dairy and meat but there didn’t seem to be much for me. Somehow it didn’t get through to me EVERYTHING was vegan. It was shocking. And liberating! I wished I was hungrier so I could eat more. I’ve never had real goetta but I’ve grown up with it and know our area is fanatical about it so chose that on a panini with some sort of chips. My friend had the same. The cooking area is tiny. If you’re in a hurry, I don’t imagine this is the place to go. But the food was delicious. The bread was golden, the goetta made of flax and quinoa and whatnot was tasty and an interesting texture. I chose to have the recommended vegan mayo. My friend had mustard. He was not impressed but said he could see why it would appeal to someone like me. He also called the chips hamster food, but, to be fair, a fancy hamster probably would love them. There are also a number of delicious vegan desserts available to go. Most were from Sweet Peace Bakery, which is fabulous. I bought one of each. And they were all amazing. Had a nice conversation with the cashier and a customer on the out. A great experience.

Dan and his team run a mighty fine General Store carrying a variety of products, I think my first purchase was for a friends baby shower a few years ago and then I’ve picked up assorted items there through the years. Co-workers and I stopped by Park + Vine for lunch yesterday, I’ve been in Park + Vine several times through the years, so I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet. A co-worker is vegan and loves Park + Vine, so since our office moved to OTR this week all for trying healthy lunch location. I’m a huge veggie eater, have to eat veggies daily, so I went with the grilled veggie sandwich with tofu. The sandwich was served warm and bursting with roasted veggies, I dug in and enjoyed every bite, filled with eggplant, zucchini, squash, toasted tofu and just the right amount of balsamic vinaigrette, plus a side of potato salad and washed it down with a ginger drink. Mmm good one of the best veggie sandwiches I’ve enjoyed! We will be back for more delicious Park + Vine lunch soon!

My boyfriend and I had been wandering around OTR when we decided to try this place for lunch. We tried the burger special, a rice and mushroom burger with the tater salad and vegan chili as sides. The food took a little longer than we thought it would but we didn’t mind since it turned out to be pretty good! The burger was pretty big which was good since we were hungry. The sides were good as well, the chili was a little spicy so it will definitely clear out your sinuses. Overall we had a good experience and will be back again.

Great place for shelf products, not so much for vegan lunch. I visited Park + Vine for the first time in an effort to find a good vegan lunch option downtown. From their previous reviews and the menu posted online I thought this would be the place. Unfortunately their lunch menu is highly processed, by that I mean that you’re being served a tofu brat on a store bought bun, nothing in-house made here. I would have liked to see more locally sourced whole products being incorporated into the menu and not so much of the readily available store-processed stuff. On the flip side, the locale does carry a variety of high quality vegan products(some made locally) and charming nick nacks. It’s definitely worth stopping by to check out their selection though I would skip the lunch options.

We were pleasantly surprised by our first vegan lunch! Apart from being a cute store for people with dietery restrictions(or just very aware folks) offering many healthy, vegan, gluten free, organic etc. products, it has also a lunch+brunch counter. We suspiciously tried the first bites of our first vegan sammys and it was an instant hit. Especially the apple cheddar grilled cheese sandwich, amazing! The goetta was also very good, but the golden fried cheddar was a killer. I was also impressed by the mac and cheese, looked kind of dry but tasted just the opposite! We were lucky to meet the charming owner, cool person. Nice place and lovely painted tables! They carry Babushka Pierogies in store, so will definitely be back!
