Dunkin’ Donuts

Really not that bad. Been coming in daily for three months, a few mistakes but nothing to get upset over. Coffee is always hot and the food is always hot and prepared correctly. Everyone is friendly and knows my order. It is always clean and always sees people going there.

They have yet to get a correct order from me! I always need to ask them to make the correct drink. It’s very frustrating and will not return to that location unless I’m desperate for coffee!

I order my usual and was talking about the DD app and that’s when a roach crawls across the counter I told the clerk and he wasn’t surprised he just took one of the free dd cards and swayed the roach off the counter.

Comparable to any other DD’s I’ve been to they are polite and quick food and coffee was good

The service is getting a little bit better. I go there when it is more convenient than the Dunkin’ Donuts at Cinnaminson Ave.

I’d give it a 0 if I could. The absolute worst service at a Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been there a million times and one employee there has been pleasant and kind; Tina. .Anyway, I go to Dunkin daily (now the other one in Cinnaminson) for a cup of coffee. One morning I went in, asked for my coffee and Vishnu starts pointing to his tip bowl and saying how it’s empty. He is pointing to his co-​worker Sonny’s bowl how it was full of tips. Then Vishnu told me I come in everyday and get coffee I need to tip him. Like it was my obligation. Wow, low… I always tip the other Dunkin because their kind, fast, and operate well. Besides that, of all the Dunkin’ donuts in NJ and PA I’ve been to, in the past 3 years (approximately 1000 medium coffees later) the only Dunkin’ DOnuts who will not serve me my Medium coffee in a latte cup are these guys. Unreal. Rude. They told me inventory this that la la. I’m sorry I don’t like the taste of hot Styrofoam melting into my non sugared coffee.
