Wow! Where to begin?! I first contacted Jannay in 2013. My husband and I were pondering the idea of purchasing. I contacted her twice before life got away from us & we continued renting. Fast forward to December 2015. We decided we needed to at least see if we even qualified to purchase a home of our own. I went through my stack of Christmas cards to find Jannay’s contact info & hesitantly (because I completely flaked on her before) made the call. She instantly remembered exactly who I was. I explained our somewhat complicated situation and she put me in contact with Melissa Carson of Stanford Mortgage. To our surprise we were pre approved, & so the house hunting began.
We looked at numerous homes with her & her team (which was not easy being that my husband travels 75% of the time). Long story short, after numerous hurdles we found the house we wanted to make our home. I am 100% type A personality and had to be one of her most needy clients. She was beyond amazing!!! She was so patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. Always went the extra mile to give us peace of mind.
