DO NOT GO HERE !!! We bought our wedding band from here and sent it to get sized and sent our engagement ring to get cleaned 2 weeks later went to pickup our rings and they had them soldered TOGETHER! We aren’t married yet and told him that! So had to send them BACK to have them unsoldered and was told they would be there Saturday when we get there they DON’T have them !!! And we were told they wouldn’t be there now till Monday mind you the Manager told us Saturday as well. It’s a JOKE !! Don’t go there they don’t have a clue! And BAD customer service!!! They just smile and laugh at you when your upset because they messed up your rings and now a 2 week process is going on 4 weeks!

I have liked my purchases at Kay Jewelers in the past but I went into their Sunrise Mall Store and put a ring on layaway and made 3 payments… all in cash. I changed my mind, went in for a refund, which, at the time of purchase would NOT be an issue to have returned. I went in at 10:00am this morning to be told that they can not refund because they haven’t had sales to produce the money… I called back at 1pm… still not enough money… Not Happy!

My boyfriend and I went into Kay looking for engagement rings (we found the perfect one) and we were instantly greeted by ginger and she made this experience incredible. We are fairly young so many jewelers have Given us the cold shoulder and she was just an absolute doll. So thank you ginger :)

I will never shop here ever again and I have shopped here plenty over the years, here it is, I brought my wife’s wedding ring appraised at $ 20k, so no Kay special junk that they sell, I mean a real Diamond ring, brought it in to resize and they had it for 2 weeks and never called me, until I called them and asked what is the deal and their comeback was sorry, we forgot to call you and to top it off, they could not resize it after they quoted me many different prices and spoke to the jeweler about doing it, the reason was we sell garbage and your ring is far to nice for us to mess with, they sat on my ring and I had to call them, they could not even call me to tell me that they do not know what they are talking about or doing, what amazing service they have, what I found out, is if you buy their garbage they can work on it, if you bring them quality, they do not have a clue on what to do? P. S. the sales people have no business selling jewelry, they do not even know what they are talking about… By the way I went to another jewelry in the mall and they did a fabulous job and less expensive and got it to me faster then they said and called me. WOW customer service, what a novel idea.

Came here for a wedding band after receiving horrible customer service from Zales. Kay’s Jewelers is phenomenal. Slightly pricier, but worth it. The staff knows what they’re talking about, they’re incredibly helpful, and they really engage in conversation with you to help you find exactly what it is you’re looking for. Such a friendly and courteous staff, couldn’t be happier with them. I’ll be returning for sure!

If you are in the market for some jewelry go to Kay’s and see Nemo! Kay’s has nice stuff for decent prices.

All the sales people are real nice. I opened an account which will help me build credit. At Christmas I’ll be able to buy some gifts and more earrings. I get compliments on my earrings all the time. I highly recommend to go check them out.

The first time I shopped here the lady behind the counter bent over backwards for me trying to find a piece that no one else in the mall had. I was over the moon when we finally found it and have been a happy customer ever since every time I shop here.
The last time I visited, Trish was amazing. Even though I made it clear that I was just looking and shopping prices and comparing diamonds, (which, after you say that, jewelry sales people automatically resent your presence and want you to leave as quickly as possible so they can help someone who WILL buy, but it wasn’t like that with Trish), she still went above and beyond, pouring over her merchandise with me to find the piece that I wanted. She even showed me different variations of what I asked for, just to give me ideas of what else was available… which no other store that I visited did.
All in all, great products, great sales people and a great experience. I’m only giving it 4 stars because as great as the prices were, they still didn’t have the product I was specific about seeing and purchasing. But I’ll still be back, if anything just to see what else Trish has to show me.
