Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies

We visited this store 3 times on Sunday, these guys don’t know anything and kept giving us the run around. They sold us the wrong pool motor, then told us they don’t carry any longer. Wrote a check now have to wait for a corporate check. They were useless, and wasted our time. We then went to Leslie’s on Manzanita and Terrance handle everything we needed in less than 5 minutes. He has everything on order and will call when its in. I will never visit the Greenback location. They don’t know what customer service is.

Must say, this place is awesome! Had another bad experience at a small shop in OV… only went there because my mom was a regular customer there in the past and it was close to her Folsom home. Left very unhappy… went in to Leslie’s where I go for my spa needs and Dominic took care of me and had my pool sweep up and running within hours, just had to wait on a part to be sent over from another store! And it cost me under 20 bucks for the repair! Thanks Dominic! You rock!

I accompanied my mom to get her pool water tested after we had lunch together. The man who helped us was named Dominick but his name might has well have been Domidick. He was beyond rude and condescending to my mother. He stopped our water test multiple times to help other customers. When my mom tried asking questions, he’d snap back with a pissy answer that didn’t even answer the question. When she tried to explain to him another employee gave her a coupon for shock when she was last there, he laughed and said they don’t carry coupons. That was the end of it. We then tried to check out with our vaccuum and my mom said «this is going on my rewards, right?» And Domidick replied, «no you didn’t remind me» umm… isn’t that your job buddy???
This whole time another customer was waiting to get his water tested too and as we turned to leave, Domidick said «sorry about that, sir» as if our actions were the ones needing to be apologized for.
They only get 1 star because I can’t give no stars. Definitely ⁰⁄₁₀ do not recommend.
