Terrible management, many hidden charges and fees. Many of the long term residences are leaving due to the cruelty of management.

Very nice, quiet apartment complex. The apartment manager is very nice and she works very hard! All of my maintenance needs have usually been met same day. We moved in November 13 and the new management was working hard to get out some trouble makers that had lived here since the old management. It’s very quiet here. Besides hearing neighbors occasionally enjoying some banter on nice evenings on their patios, I rarely ever hear anyone. Management strives to keep this a quiet and relaxed community. There was a vandalism issue briefly, but they’re fairly certain it was some people they had to ask to move out. They’ve since installed some extra security measures around the office area. I would recommend this complex to anyone! Living in an apartment community you’re bound to have a few issues around, but what’s most important is the managements quickness in resolving those issues.

If i could give this apartment complex 0 stars i would. It is by far the WORST complex i have ever lived in or been too. Within the first 3 months that we lived there, there was a hostage situation, a fire from a meth lab and a standoff in the building across from us. I never felt safe living there. I was pregnant at the time of living there and opted to pay $ 1500 to break the lease to move out in time so that i would not have to bring my newborn baby home there. They also charged us for all utilities for a month that we were already out, with our keys turned in. I have called numerous times to get our money back from that and they either tell me they will call me right back, which they never do, or they tell me they are working on it, and you never hear from them again. I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone and highly recommend that you dont move in here, you will regret it from the moment you sign the lease.

I just heard about Natasha S. comments. I am writing this because i think it is wrong for someone who has mental issues to ruin the reputation of a very well managed apartment complex.
I have been a tenant at these apartments for over three years. It is a safe gated private community. it is very quiet and we have a great pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque area where everyone likes to meet in the warm summer evenings. I really like how quiet it is.

I have a few friends that live here and they have no major complaints. It is near two freeways and is within walking distance of the sunrise mall and several bars. The apartments are nice and all have fireplace and are very pet friendly. Parking is horrible tho. But it is a gated community so there is additional parking outside of the gates. Oh yeah the pool is nice in the summer.
