Best price ALWAYS on hair color and beer! I always come to Rite Aid for these items and find all kinds of good deals as their selection is enormous. Glad this Rite Aid is close. Customer service is always attentive and professional

Decent good old rite aid I mean this attire would have to really wow me to get five stars for a review but Renée and Carly were helpful and pretty funny… The store was about a 7 out of 10 on cleanliness but a 8 of 10 on professionalism and like I said they were really friendly and funny. So maybe I’ll go back but I don’t really go to rite aid much. They really need to go through their whole store and just get rid of the old items because nobody is going to buy them. Especially the old candies or cookies or something because they could be bad or have bugs in them like the cookies could be stale and they won’t even care… So like I said maybe I’ll go back

You’d think i’d learn, but no, I stopped in today and waited in line soooooo long! I think it was 20 minutes waiting in line but it was probably a little less. The 2 clerks — both women — were nice, but there were 12 people in line! The person in the front of my line kept questioning prices, kept putting in the wrong pin # & took the clerk away to check the shelf for a price — while the rest of us waited! boy was i in the wrong line!!! Too bad they don’t have a line or an extra person to help people like that without inconveniencing EVERYBODY else!!! Anyway, my usual complaint is that this store has only one clerk at the register and no one pays attention when the line starts accumulating. Today I asked if there was someone else they could call up and they said no, everyone is already up front. There was a guy helping people at the ice cream counter while the rest of us waited — which was a mistake because we were there first — he should have opened another register and cleared out the lines before hand-packing quarts of ice cream. Anyway, this store is run down and is NOT managed correctly — anyone in customer service would/should know that you keep an eye on the line and open up more registers when a line accumulates. They fell short of a good customer experience. I just need to keep on driving and go to walgreens. I have had a good experience at the pharmacy but that’s it!

This place is dirty and the pharmacists are extremely rude. Do not use the men’s bathroom. There was fecal matter all over in the men’s restroom. This restroom had obviously not been cleaned in a few weeks!

The clerks and store are fine, been going there a long time. Transients continually hang out in front of the store. Some are downright scary looking and usually have a haze of smoke going that you have to walk through to get in the store. Birdcage is looking very nice as does Quail Point across Madison. So what’s wrong with whoever owns the Rite Aid area stores, it’s like a ghost town. Hope the rent is cheap because it’s very trashy looking. If the area was cleaned up I’d have given it 5 stars.

Three stars for the store since I prefer walgreens. Four stars for the chocolate malted crunch you can only get here.

I just had to pick up one item. It was right where it was supposed to, the clerk check me out quickly and was really friendly. I had a good experience. The lady outside was over watering the plants, making the sidewalk unusable due to dirt and water overflow, but that was my only annoyance.

Very rude clerks. Store has an odd, dirty smell. Clerk serving up ice cream did not observe sanitary precautions and coughed while scooping my cone! I refused it.

I had to have a prescription transferred here from another pharmacy and I was told to call them and let them know. So I called Rite Aid and told them where the prescription was, the name on the prescription, gave them the insurance information and they took it from there. All I had to do was pick it up that day. I thought it was pretty cool that they didn’t make me jump through hoops. When I showed up to pick up the prescription, the person behind the counter was very courteous, offered consultation, offered some sort of rewards card and did so with smiles. So this review and its rating is based on pharmacy area only. I gave them four stars because I am a fan of the way they handled everything. I have yet to find out if they are as good as it gets.

Okay, so this one star is for the management(or lack of) at this Rite Aid. Usually I have a pretty good experience with Rite Aids. However today prompted me to do the one star deal. I wanted to return one of those mouthguards. You know, to stop you from grinding your teeth because the weight of the world is too much. Turns out my dentist pooh pooh’ed the cheap drugstore versions and is making me get a fancy shmancy custom made deal that will cost 12 times as much. Anyhoo, I had my receipt in hand, made a special trip out and then was told that I cannot return it because the managers had left. Apparently they leave at 5:00 and if you have a return over $ 40 anytime after 5:00 pm, you are SOL because no one can authorize it. He said I could call around to see if other Rite Aids in the area still have managers working at that hour. WTF? On top of that, this young fresh-faced kid had no clue about what to do with customers that were accumulating in line and were growing very disgruntled. A manager would have seen to opening up another register. I felt sorry for the kid, really. However not sorry enough to give this Rite Aid store a one-star review. No, it’s not his fault. Hopefully HQ will read this and do something about it. So I still have my freakin’ mouthpiece to return and have to make a special trip out yet again. Argh.
