Terrible customer service! No curtesy! Not professional! Rude to the customers. Ask for manager for help result the issue. She didn’t say anything, just standing there. Left there without purchasing anything. Will not go back there again! That’s why so many store closing up because the customer service. I hope they know how to trade customer and learn from each time! Instead of DONOTHING!

Just came home to realize they stole some of my items out of my shopping bags in this store! There was an Asian who bumped into me but since I was looking at the stuff I didn’t pay attention to my 2 bags I feel very annoyed and disappointed at this

Awful, awful customer service!!! I came in yesterday to shop for a baby shower gift in the baby depot using the gift registry and had the absolute slowest and worst customer service. I had to ask 2 associates for help, and finally someone met me in the baby depot and their computer was down so they went to the back to print and that didn’t work either. So finally forever later an associate handed me a badly printed baby registry. I asked for help locating a specific Betsy Johnson diaper bag that is on the list, and the associate made every possible excuse to either not help me or just say they don’t have that item or that someone already bought it. I even argued with her at one point that wouldn’t her registry show if the item was already purchased!!! Considering I’m on crutches I felt she should have been way more helpful and had less attitude about simply doing her job and helping me find the damn bag. The store was relatively empty, I was not being an annoying bitchy customer in a super busy environment. I then asked her if she could call another store and see if they carried the bag and with much hesitation and attitude she walked away and called. Literally 15 minutes later she came back saying the other store had the bag, but didn’t bother putting it on hold for me. So now I still have to go to another store and risk not finding the baby shower present I’m looking for. There needs to be an easier way to access and locate the baby registry and the items on it. Hopefully the next Burlington Coat Factory I go to doesn’t suck this bad geezus.
