I’ve been fortunate to have three great dentists in my life. After serious problems with a cheap dental organization that thoroughly botched two procedures, I got referred to Dr. Russell Erickson about a year ago. Dr. Erickson and his office manager are the epitome of professional, courteous, careful, and compassionate. Dr. Erickson takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. He thoroughly discusses everything, and answers all questions thoroughly. He’s working with me to develop a plan of action. It’s clear that he uses the latest technology, including a video camera that takes pictures of problems. WOW! During the exam, he commented about a bridge that’s in very good shape. He was surprised when I told him that a bridge is approaching 50 years old! That’s what good dentistry is about: Protecting healthy teeth, taking care of problems, in a way that will last for years. It’s not an expense, it’s an investment.
