Dr. Hikade and his staff are great! All of them do such an excellent job and they do it while being supportive, positive and happy! They are also leaders in dental technology so I know I am getting the best care. I highly recommend them. . and I drive quite a bit to have aappointments because they are so good. CM

Worst experience with a dentist. Terrible customer service, lied about pricing and overcharged us and didn’t even do my cleaning that they charged me for claiming they ran out of time and would have to reschedule that part. Never rescheduled but I paid over $ 100 out of pocket for one xray. BEWARE!!! THEY WILL LIE AND RIP YOU OFF!

The most useful comment I can offer (for people still uneasy with dentists), is that you certainly don’t feel like you’re at a dentist’s office. From the outside, it looks like a cabin out in the woods, and from the inside, it looks like a large meeting area in a Ski Lodge (with a long desk in place of the fireplace/​hottub.) Everybody smiles, pays attention to you, and by the time you make it to the «dreaded» chair, you’re far more relaxed and at ease than you might normally be.
The Hygienists are friendly and seem to know as much as the Dentists do, which also helps. Dr. HicKade himself (the dad) is very easy-​going and has a decent bed-​side manner. I haven’t met the other Dr. Hickade (the daughter), but she’s good-​looking which should distract some of the nervous males. ;-)
More dentists offices should look and feel like this one.
