I’ve been bringing my daughter for several months for facials with Rachel and we love it! The spa is very clean with a great atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable and we love the products she recommended and ordered for us.

Just had a full body massage by Rachel and it was awesome! So incredibly relaxing, I felt I walked on air when it was over. Thanks ladies, you do great work.

I loved this place!!! Got a great massage at a decent price and felt amazing afterwards. The only reason that I didn’t give it five stars is because I made an appointment and when I got there 10min early, the front door wasn’t open and I knocked and knocked and called and no one came to the door until the time of my appointment. I thought that was a little bit rude but the massage made up for it! :)

How amazing was this, I had the aromatherapy massage package. It was beyond relaxing and yummy. I had been suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck for over a year and this massage worked wonders.
I have never found myself so relaxed that I caught myself drooling. The masseur worked so hard on my problem area and really listened to my initial concerns. I am incredibly satisfied with her work.
I truly recommend Harvard garden day spa and will be coming back for sure.

Best massage place in a 30 mile radius. A deep tissue massage, is an actual deep tissue massage. Some places do it soft which feels nice, but it’s not what I asked for. I got a massage from Jessica and she really knows what she’s doing. The next day at the gym I felt better motion and flexibility. I’m coming back when I need my muscles reset again

New to the area and I will definitely be back as a regular client here. I received a one hour deep tissue and it was AMAZING. I had pain in my neck and shoulders and needed an athletic massage, and Jessica did not disappoint – I feel great and the experience was so relaxing. The spa is boutique sized, nicely designed, and the room was private and appropriately lit. Excellent service!

Great and relaxing ambience at the Spa, wonderful place for a Massage or Facial with reasonable pricing. I always go there if my neck or back hurt, and Jessica takes care of the problem. My place to unwind!

AMAZING! I had a great experience here! I was given a groupon as a birthday gift for the 60 min purification facial and I had my appointment with Jessica. She did a full assessment on my face and did the facial in accordance to my skin type.
The salon is a tiny little place in Claremont. Very clean and very calming as a Day Spa should be. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, you can just do it online. Jessica was punctual and super great about answering all of my questions and concerns on the facial itself as well as other products and services. I will definitely be scheduling more facials and other services with this place.

I had my first massage/​facial with Jessica today and I must say that she has magical hands. from the moment I walked in I was immediately felt relaxed.
My husband is the best for making this appointment I will be back.

I just finished a pregnancy massage with JoJo and it was amazing! She is so sweet. I feel so relaxed and refreshed. The spa ambience is very nice and relaxing as well. I will be back!

Massage by JoJo was great. The location is kind of in a weird place but it’s cute inside. The only down fall about this place is that it is pricey… $ 115 for 90 mins… Tad bit too much… other than that, there was no complaints about anything else.

Took my mother for her 65^th birthday. She had an aromatherapy massage and facial, and I got a cleansing facial. Wonderful place. In kind of a weird location, and at first I thought it was the wrong place because the building is quite small. But once inside the ambiance was totally relaxing and comfortable. There was no delay in our appointment, and both girls did a great job. My face felt soooooo soft and refreshed, and my mom was falling asleep on the drive to lunch! Haha. Love this place, and I will definitely return.

I just had the best facial of my life done by Rachel. My skin looks flawless and the massage that comes with it was relaxing. This place is amazing and the service was exceIlent. I can not wait to be back!

This was probably the most relaxing hour I’ve spent in weeks. Well worth the cost, and the location is great for the Claremont Colleges. I got a full-​body massage from Jessica, and it was delightful — now I know what my back is *supposed* to feel like.

This place is close, and very convenient. Jessica works wonders on my neck and shoulders; I also love microdermabrasion treatments!
Honestly, she is my go-​to gal, AND, my teenage son goes to her for extractions — winning!

I wish I could write a review about the actual facial, but Jessica never showed up!
This past weekend was my mom’s wedding. I wanted to look my best, so I scheduled an appointment for a facial with Jessica for Thursday at 10 a.m. I got the confirmation email and at 9:45 on Thursday morning, I drove to the spa.
Closed sign in the window. Door locked. Lights out.
«Okay,» I thought. «I’m early… I’ll just wait.»
So I waited.
And waited.
I knocked, in case someone was in the back.
No answer.
I called, just in case.
No answer.
I waited a little longer, my hope sinking and frustration mounting.
Finally, I gave up and scheduled elsewhere.
At 10:27, I get an e-​mail from Jessica apologizing, but offering absolutely no explanation for why she was a no-​show. Her apology was, «Sorry for the inconvenience.» It was much more than an inconvenience. It was sloppy business and poor customer service.
In other news, I scheduled with April at Aromatique and had the best facial of my life.

Bought the Unilocal $ 50 for $ 75 deal because I was in dire need of a massage because of my serious lower back problem,
1. Booking was easy and the place is very clean, cozy, and well-​decorated.
2. Jessica my massage therapist — she has magic hands and is a genius, I had a serious lower back problem. I was nervous with the thought of a deep tissue massage given the nature of my condition, however Jessica experience, extensive background, and knowledge of the body, she immediately put me at ease and was so adept at her profession! Jessica clearly has the expertise to treat me in a safe and healing way that has alleviated pressure and pain — and has truly given me back my life.

UPDATE: Just had another 90 minute massage and a green tea facial with Jessica. I have to say I had a much more pleasant experience this time around, hence the move up from 4 Unilocal stars to 5 Unilocal stars. During this visit, not once did I hear the phone ring during my session nor did I hear the other therapists chatting away through the door. My experience was peaceful and relaxing! The only sound I heard was myself snoring here and there and of course the zen music. hahahaha! Jessica does a wonderful job with both massages and facials and I highly recommend her services! I will be returning! :)

I guess she assumed I was a poor college student.

I went here for a facial and a 30 minute back massage from Jessica. The location is easy to find, plenty of street parking in the shade, and really cute inside. Jessica was finishing up with another client when I arrived, so I chilled out in the nice waiting room, the spa music already helping me to check out.
The services were great. The massage really helped me to calm down. The facial was super relaxing. Upon paying the bill, I promptly re-​booked. Harvard Garden all the way!
