Jamba Juice

I don’t know what happened but this location has gone downhill fast! The first offense was my boyfriend went in to get a carrot drink with chili in it; when he tried it it was soupy had had little spice so when he asked for more chili the cashier gave him the dirtiest look! Excuse me but this is your JOB, customer service is a part of your JOB.
Second and third offense was when I went in for an Acai berry bowl. First off, I got it and the bowl wasn’t full and it was soupy. I noticed that there was no strawberries and she said they were out of fresh strawberries, why didn’t you tell me? Plus it had little coconut and when I asked for a spoon she said they only had forks. What? Why didn’t you order more spoons, isn’t someone taking inventory?
My boyfriend and I made the decision to not go back here and to go to Upland. Sorry Claremont you let me down. I hope the manager reads this and starts properly training her employees to be NICE, more attentive and have accommodations and lastly… make thicker drinks!!!

I always put my order in online, and when I get there, it is ready! Staff here are a little awkward but you get use to it when you come here all the time! Fast, and clean place! Thanks!

Not sure why only one person is helping customers at 8am. Seems like a busy time, right?
Maybe work on adequate staffing?

Hot dreadful scorching day. Of course this was awhile back, but I didn’t forget ya Jamba Juice. The person I had dealt with appeared to be new, so I was patient. But my raspberry (ACAI) whatever it was tasted really good. I can see that the people working there are trying.
Limited seating inside, however it can accomondate more if they had more tables and chairs. I think that they would rather see you sitting outside
Delicious smoothie and excellent customer service. We sat outside watching the traffic. I was lucky to get a parking spot right in front of the place.

I think everyone else’s 1 star reviews covered a lot of whats wrong with this place. I really don’t get where this place went wrong exactly. Of course, it’s all about the manager, but even so, it’s amazing a place like this is still around such a nice area. I seriously hope they scrap the management and crew here because they are truly not useful and are more of an obstacle to get your drink. Don’t expect your drinks to be made correctly, or even to be the drink you ordered in the first place. I wish I could come and order drinks here whenever I’m around, but instead this place is avoided by me and the rest of the neighborhood apparently.

TERRIBLE. I used to work for Jamba Juice at another location, so I am well aware of the standards and expectations Jamba has for their employees.
Each time I have gone in, I am never greeted, the customer service is HORRIBLE, the team members and managers are rude, and my experience is always less than par.
It is Jamba policy to greet EVERY person that walks into their store, give them excellent customer service, and accommodate their needs. I’ve never felt that way walking into this store.
I don’t know what their deal is, but my goodness, learn to be kind to people and do what is expected of you so you can do your job WELL. These employees act entitled, and they always come across as annoyed because a customer has walked in.
Either grow up and learn to work, or leave so someone else with work ethic can come in.
I’ve given this location it’s fair share of tries, hoping that my experience would improve, but I will never visit this store again.

The worst Jamba Juice drink I’ve ever had. Ordered a Kale-​ribbean Breeze, it was extremely watery and had a bunch of unblended chunks in it. I was the only customer at the time too, so it wasn’t just a rush hour mistake.

My SO and I came here for a juice and a smoothie. We waited so long! Two families of 3 came in after us and got all their drinks well before we did. The juice is supposed to be OJ carrot and ginger. The girl who juiced it made it 4 oz short of the 16 oz so she just filled the rest of the cup with OJ. We could hardly taste any carrot or ginger. we basically paid $ 6 for OJ. Also My smoothie was the wrong size. They made me a new one which was nice until I tasted it and it was a completely different flavor! We talked to the manager and she was making up all these excuses: These girls have only been here a few weeks, everybody makes mistakes, etc. I mean does anybody supervise or train them? No wonder this store is so bad. The manager seriously needs to step it up! She sets the bar so low and lets all these things slide that the customers end up paying for less than acceptable drinks.

I work all week and only visit this location on the weekends
And the staff is very friendly. I always order the exact same thing and it always comes out the exact same way i am very pleased. I recently visited the upland location and did not like my service. I will stick with claremont location despite the couple minutes for my order to come out the service is always great.

My husband always order a large drink but a lot of times he would only get ¾ full. Also, they still do not have oatmeal. It’s been over a month!!! Even though this location is on our way, we just drive to the one on Mountain to receive quality service!

What’s worse than receiving rude customer service from the cashier? When it comes from the manager of a location.
I received an email this week from Jamba Juice stating they have a BOGO Labor day weekend deal. Today I stopped by this location to utilize the coupon that was emailed to me. I came in exactly at 11:05am. There was a family with a stroller that had just received their drinks and NO ONE ELSE in the facility. I approached the cashier, put in my two drink request and as I went to my email to click on the coupon, it took me to the Jamba Juice website that stated «The service is unavailable». Puzzled I looked at the cashier and explained to her the error message I received on THEIR company’s website. The cashier, a young apologetic girl, said «let me ask my manager what to do». She goes to the back and I hear her explain exactly what happened and that’s when the manager comes from the back and here was our interaction:
Manager: «What’s your question?» (notice how I got no greeting or warm welcome)
ME: «I received an email from Jamba Juice regarding the BOGO deal (show her my phone with the email) and when I click on it (show her as I pressed the coupon link) I get an error message. Looks like your website is down.»
Manager: «Look no one else has had this problem. You need to print the coupon and come in with it, see how people print it (shows me someone’s printed coupon) I can’t just give you the offer without the deal, we need to scan it.» —-Walks away
ME: I look at the cashier girl who saw the interaction, she beings to apologize. «But I’m getting this error on your website, what do you expect me to do?»
I wouldn’t have mind this same exact interaction if 1.) I was greeted properly 2.) She spoke to me with respect 3.) She spoke to me with a courteous tone. Instead she was harsh, crass and frankly had a «I don’t give a shit about your problem» attitude. And I know this manager was in the wrong when the cashier begins to apologize profusely after the manager walks away. The entire interaction was unnecessary. I wasn’t being difficult or pushy, I just simply pointed out and even showed on my phone the error I received. As humans we ALL have pride, I don’t need a buy one get one free deal for me to purchase a drink but I sure do expect a certain level of respect from someone when having an interaction with them. Needless to say, one bad seed has spoiled the location for me. I genuinely do hope that the manager I interacted with reads this and understands that her poor attitude is not only disgusting in the moment but even in memory. My happy mood I had prior to visiting this location was taken down by anger with how unfair I felt she dealt with the situation. My mood for the next hour was taken hostage by her decision to be a negative person. I’m just going to avoid this location going forward, there are plenty of mom and pop juice shops in Claremont that not only provide great customer service but also wonderful drink selections.

Bad service ! Over price and over charged !!! They charged me extra $ 13 for sub OJ ??? No need to go to jamba juice anymore ! Buy a fresh squished oj from grocery store is wayyyy cheaper !!! Badddd service !

Male cashier took my order for a medium. Female co-​worker made me a small. Cashier pointed out her mistake. She poured it back in the blender, added something (?), and reblended it. She served it with the lid just sitting on top — not attached — because it was too full. When I looked at it funny, she said, «Well, I wanted you to have it ALL.» (Seems to me she could have poured the excess into another cup.) As soon as I got outside, the lid blew away.
Worst part: I’m pretty sure all she added was more ice. I say that because my drink was thin, flavorless, and not sweet. (It was the same drink I always order, so I know how it should taste.) Also, the original ice was crushed too much and getting runny, while the added ice wasn’t crushed enough.
$ 6.09 is way too much to pay for a cup of slightly sour ice.
P. S. I’d give the place only one star, but the cashier was nice.

Horrible! I ordered a piña colada refresher. My drink came out pink. The ingredients are coconut water and pineapple chunks, so how did my drink end up pink? I asked them and they said strawberries must have gotten in there. I didn’t order a strawberry drink. Warning! They obviously don’t rinse/​wash out their blenders. My friend is allergic to strawberries (she ends up in the ER because her throat closes up), so what if I was allergic or what if the drink was for her? Also, my husband’s lime colada refresher tasted old and syrupy. Just gross. We had the same exact drinks at the Victoria Gardens location yesterday and they were delicious, but the Claremont location is bad. Never going back to this location ever!

I used to love this Jamba Juice but not anymore. In the last month the management changed and now they’re always understaffed. Especially in the mornings when I’m on my work and don’t have time for a poorly staffed establishment.

Their orange and carrot juice is the most delicious juice I’ve ever had.

Our cashier was nice and friendly. My boyfriend and I each used a $ 2 for a small veggie and fruit smoothie coupon. We didn’t like the Berry Upbeet because it was too tart. The Apples and Greens one however, was good; you can’t taste the veggies at all. I would come back to this location and get the Apples and Greens smoothie again.

I am done with this location. I have purchased Mango a go go numerous times from any number of Jamba Juice stores and this location is the only one that leaves me with mouthfuls of hair. Clearly the good folks who clean the mangos at this location have never been properly trained and the amount of mango seed hair in the drink literally causes me to gag.
I have wasted my last $ 6 on an undrinkable hair juice from this terrible location.

Super friendly service! They even brought us or drinks ^_​_​_​^ I rarely tip on a drink, but the guy totally deserved it. It’s located on a small outdoor shopping center, so Street parking might be a little difficult.

Really hot day, stepped inside because Jamba Juice sounded way more refreshing than fro-​yo. Girl behind the counter gave a great recommendation. And my boyfriend and I were completely satisfied! Yay!
