I was pretty disappointed with this A&W location. First off it is a joint location, sharing the A&W and a Long John Silvers. I feel like that may contribute to decreased quality on one or the other.
The service was extremely slow. We went through the drivethrough, and I think it took about 40 minutes from ordering to actually getting our food. Not cool. Last time I checked, it was called fast food. But I digress…
The biggest disappointment for me was the draft root beer. My wife and I LOVE the A&W Draft Root Beer, and will often buy the half gallon they offer when we visit their stores. This time, however, the root beer was extremely watered down and almost tasted like a root beer syrup. Nasty! We were both just really disappointed overall with our experience that day.
