I’m a geek, so my review is gonna be all about the geek stuff… you wanna read about food or service, read the other reviews. When I walk into a building, I look for outlets. It can be any building… it can even be a cave. This place has a few good spots to post up, crack open that laptop and get to work. WiFi is wicked fast also, at least their upload speeds are. There’s outdoor seating too if you don’t need juice.

Great lunches and beverages but their breakfast sandwiches are a royal rip-off! Basically nothing but carb, so almost no real nutrition. Bacon and egg ingredients so small you almost can’t find them buried in all the bread, and you surely can’t taste them. Go somewhere else if you want breakfast food!

I gave Panera in Clark many tries due to the fact I live right up the street. And despite this panera location always getting our order wrong(that I can forgive) I’m pretty sure I didn’t order plastic wrap with my turkey cheese sandwich. Disgusting and we will never go back.

Panera is always my go to for fast, good food. I love the soups here and always order the«you pick 2». I really like that they now bring the food out to you rather than you having to wait for it. The bread is always fresh and delicious and I really enjoy their food.

I have been here twice. The first time my breakfast sandwich was served wet. When we told the server he said don’t worry it’s just water. Second time I went they didn’t make the order correctly and the bread was half the size of a normal sandwich. They didn’t apologize but remade my sandwich and gave me a cookie. The cookie had a hair in the bag it was served in. I really wanted to like this Panera but it looks like I’ll stick to other locations. I don’t understand how a chain can have such subpar service at a new location.

I haven’t been in other Panera areas, I ordered BQ chicken salad with broccoli soup & tasted really good/came fast/the place is clean & new. Overall, it was a good time I spent. Definitely coming back again.

The service here was amazing! Love that we can order from the tables and don’t have to worry about carrying our own food. The fontega chicken was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Would definitely go there again. Amazing food, service, and location. 100% recommend.

This place is really hit or miss. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning that was missing cheese and came with barely any spinach or avocado. It was so poorly assembled and looked like they were skimping for sure. I had the same experience last week with the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich. There was probably a tablespoon of chicken salad on the entire sandwich and the thing was falling apart. I think I’m going to Westfield from now on because the people here were clearly not trained well. I’m sick of wasting money on food that is either incorrect or barely there.

I haven’t had any problems ordering from here thus far, but I do understand — coming from a food service background myself — that things can pop up unexpectedly, at the worst possible time. Other Unilocalers have stated that this location is constantly dirty, and disorganized and I agree — to an extent. This location seems to not be so disorganized, but understaffed. There’s no reason a soup and a cookie should take 15 minutes to get when the store is practically empty. I don’t even bother going in the drive-thru anymore. I’ve found it takes longer to order food via the drive-thru, than to just park and go inside. That being said, my food is always prepared fresh with no errors and exactly to my specifications.

I usually come here after a workout nearby at the LA fitness. It better coming here than pounding jr. bacon cheeseburgers from Wendy’s. I love ordering the the self checkout. My go to entrée is the cobb salad but I replace the lettuce with kale and spinach, add sesame seeds, add apple chips, add chilatro, add frizzled onions and no dressing or until I cant make anymore changes. So, far after over visits the haven’t messed up my order yet. The only thing is sometimes i takes over 10 minutes for my food to come out because I my over customized mess. I sometimes add a soup and add a 99 cent pastry and give it to one of my bum coworkers for breakfast when I feel generous. Panera wifi fine here. The manager does not kick me out after chilling here post workout. There’s outdoor seating with umbrella and cushioned seats which is nice.

Wow, it’s really amazing that new places can simply go from mediocre, or bad, to WORSE. We came in for lunch. Because we were planning to pay with a credit card, we were told to go the express ordering kiosk. This kiosk was touchscreen and quite easy to navigate and order. We were able to see what was available and the cost. That’s where things took a turn for the worst. We were craving for their creamy tomato soup in a bread bowl after hearing so much hype about them, and feedback from family members and co-workers. But when we got there, the kiosk said that they were sold out. When we asked that person about this, she told us that they ran out for the day. Really? That’s a shame, so we looked for other possible preferences. We looked at creamy chicken and french onion soups. But guess what the kiosk said. SOLDOUT. The person said they ran out of that too. We browsed through the sandwich section, and half of what was displayed on the kiosk said«SOLDOUT». This didn’t feel right at all. Fed up, we decided to dine at a place next door. But before that, we wanted to get a bear claw for dessert later in the day. But guess what the person in the bakery said. SOLDOUT! My dad questioned on whether or not this was the proper way to operate ON A WEEKEND! Because the place next door didn’t have any issues like that! It’s hard to believe that a restaurant would operate when they didn’t have the popular items in stock on a WEEKEND. In fact, it’s the first time that we’ve experienced something like that. As with JZ’s agreeable 1-star review, there’s clearly a lot of disorganization here. We will NOT come back to THIS location ever again! If this location doesn’t want to lose more customers, then they should BEMOREORGANIZED! We’ll give Panera’s Watchung location one more chance in the future, but if they pull the«Clark» move, then we will NOT patronize this CHAIN ever again.

Second time here since they opened. Service was prompt and correct vs the last time I was here. We order via the kiosk to avoid the line. Soup was hot, bread bowl fresh and the salad cool.

This place is so disorganized. Never been to a panera that the staff didn’t know if they were coming or going. I won’t be back to this location. That’s for sure

I have been here two times since it opened, and neither has been positive. First experience: went to the drive thru for two iced coffees. The time from when we got online to when we got to the window was at least 15 minutes. When we ordered, we specified how we would like EACH coffee to be made. When we got to the window, they had one coffee made and somehow had no idea we ordered two. We then had to wait for them to make the second coffee, making the entire experience longer than it would take to go to Dunkin 5x. Second experience: our order was straight forward: a salad with an apple and iced tea & a panini with chips and a drink. When we got o the window, we received two drinks, and a large bag. We paid and were on our way. Just before we left he parking lot, we realized the ONLY thing in the bag was the salad. No Apple, panini, chips, napkins or even a fork. We parked, went back inside and told them of the mistake and they took the bag to the back, returned and said the issue was fixed. We made the mistake of not double checking, and when we got back to the office to eat, we realized we were still missing the apple, chips, fork and napkins. I totally understand that there’s a learning curve when a new restaurant opens, however this place is beyond unacceptable there’s a huge difference between a learning curve and incompetence — and Panera food isn’t even that great!

Had zero problems at this location. My spouse and I both ordered pick two and we got exactly what we ordered. I had the Asian sesame chicken salad and lemon chicken orzo soup. The salad wasn’t full of veggies, just romaine lettuce and the toppings, but I expected this because I have had Panera’s salads before. My soup was hot and had a lemon slice in it. They actually surprised me with their high tech table delivery system instead of waiting at the counter with everyone else. It was also delivered pretty quickly. I also like that they had a larger selection of iced teas than other locations I’ve been to. Their outside seating was cozy looking, though too hot out today to try out the cushions. The privacy screens are a nice touch.

Not bad. Food is normal like other locations. I went in the drive thru. Took a bit longer than expected but when I pulled up to the window it did seem like they were super busy and running around trying to get orders in. Got mac and cheese and it was nice and hot. Only downside is that some pasta pieces were burnt. Love that they have a drive thru though.

Ouch. The place is brand new, how is it that dirty and messy already?! Waited nearly 35 minutes for two bowls of soup and two«half» sandwiches. I put«half» in quotes because it’s pretty obvious the kitchen staff did not excel in percents or spacial relations in school. My sandwich looked like it was a third of a sandwich and my wife’s was nearly a full sandwich. I hope this is an example of «first month jitters» because if not, it’s the worst Panera experience I’ve ever had. I’ll give them a few months before trying them again and updating this review.

Tried this Panera as it just opened. Décor was nice, both indoor and outdoor. Outdoor area was very nice with several shaded tables, cushiony seats and privacy fence separating it from parking lot. Indoors it has tables and benches like most paneras. It also has a fireplace but it is high up not by sofas like other paneras. Food was good as it is in other paneras. Ordering was fast but one thing they do different is bring food to the table not pick up. Overall we liked this panera and will continue to come here since it’s closer to home. Update 05÷18÷16 This place has gone down hill so fast. For an establishment that hasn’t been open a year, they should consider changing management before it gets even worse. We’ve come here a few times since initial review hoping things will improve. So far they have ran out of food, but didn’t update this in the kiosk. The food is served in a sloppy manner, dripping everywhere. Bread was stale twice, but on both occasions they didn’t give me another one when asked. Tea was dumped at 9 pm when they close at 10pm, we were told to drink soda instead! They never have lids to medium size cups. Bathrooms need tending to and they don’t clean up plates. I could go on but I’m tired of typing. Panera.please fix the issues! So much potential but you have been falling short every time.

Order sausage egg cheese sandwich Soufflé and extra sausage on side They did not give sausage on sandwich told guy he had to disagree with me and then after going to girl who took my order she also had to disagree with me then after reminding her the manger told her charge $ 1.00 for extra sausage the guy said we will give to you and by time it got to our table sandwich was cold they did not care you would think they would take the sandwich back and make new one. This is not a good start Hopefully it will get better
