Im not loving it. I never expect anything truly amazing at any minimum wage paying fast food restaurant but this place is the worst. My wife and and I have stopped by here a few times and had our order messed up or messed with twice. First time, we ordered 2 burgers through the drive through, received 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants, not a big deal. We went back through the drive through and they fixed the problem. Last time was May 22nd2015. We took the drive through again. I accidently asked for a MC fish instead of a big fish sandwich. The girl taking my order did not sound too amused over the intercom and asked if I mean the bigfish? I said yes and sorry and jokingly said please don’t spit in my bigfish. Well, they put a slice of onion in my large coffee. I didn’t realise this until we arrived to Pittsburgh. We filled up with gas and I took the lid off the empty coffee cup to spit my gum in before disposing of it in the garbage and noticed a slice of onion in the coffee. They probably messed with my other food as well. I just don’t like thinking about what they may have done to my food. You cannot tell me that any worker at a fast food restaurant would be so offended by the honest mistake that I made to mess with my food. Whoever was working the drive through and pouring coffee on May 22 should be fired. Others too if they participated or were aware of the food tampering. That was the last $ 12.27 i have spent at any BK. I have not eaten at a BK since this date.
