Kohl’s

In the past year or so, I’ve become a bigtime Kohl’s shopper. If I need clothes, I check Kohl’s first because there’s always a sale and the prices are fantastic.
This particular store, though, leaves a little to be desired. It’s ok, but the selection isn’t great and it’s a bit on the disorganized side. I’ll still shop here because it’s the only Kohl’s in the area and I travel here often. I visited this store yesterday evening, in need of a ‘pick-​me-​up’ after a hard week. They seemed to be understaffed, as there were two registers open, one on either side of the store.
Again, lots of disorganization, the fitting rooms were a mess. I understand, having worked in retail ALOT, how difficult it is to keep the fitting rooms cleaned out when people constantly leave their items in there, but they were really a mess. Hangers everywhere, on the floor. The room I went in, I couldn’t hang anything up because both hooks on the walls were spilling over with items left there before.
And as I was walking around, I saw more store employees standing around talking to customers they knew than doing anything else.
Like I said, I’ll be back, but this store could do better.
