Denny’s

Worst service ever. Tasteless and ruined food, old and cold food. Horrible customer service, server was sick and shouldn’t have been there. Overall just a horrible experience, all should have been obvious to the manager, had he actually paid attention to his staff and his kitchen.

My family went to this particular Denny’s a few weeks ago and we waited almost 30 minutes after we got seated. Our waiter never came over to our table. We didn’t even get drinks. She went to every table around us, constantly ignoring us. Eventually another server noticed that we hadn’t been helped. He helped us and made it a pleasant experience. Although he said the Strawberry Lemonade didn’t have free refills and the menu clearly states free refills.

Frances is a good waitress. She was bussing tables, taking orders, and seating customers. My boss had to wait forever on the hash browns. I don’t know if she forgot to put them in or if the cook forgotten but waiting on hash browns. I’m done eating my coworker is done eating and my boss is still waiting on his hash brown. Hashbrowns finally came out after about 20 minutes and they still wasn’t done. The cook sucks

Waiting to get our food. server probably doesn’t like his job very much. Guy named O-​H-​I-​O ??? (wat his name tag said? Lol. anyway finally got our food! It was already cold!!!

I think they have improved more than they used to. Food is great, clean place, friendly people, and quick service. I went in the evening so it could be different in the morning. We will definitely return.

Had to wait to be seated took at east 15 minutes to get a table the lady that helped us complained about there not being enough help and sorry that we had to wait there’s tables that are open could at least had us go ahead and sit down but instead they make you stand at the front door other than that the young lady that took are oders she order was a very nice lady and very very professional… shouldnt make people stand at door when theres open seating .I would much reather wait to be served if im sitting at a table and not standing!!! Losing customers

I’ve killed more time than I’d like to admit in Denny’s around the country, but they all seem to fit that late night early morning «what now?» list when you out with friends. This one’s not so bad it nice it’s clean, and the staffs always cool. The kitchen seems to be the definition of either slow or inconstant depending on your day here. I don’t really know what to tell you but it’s a Denny’s they will serve breakfast, shakes fries, burgers and pancake puppies at all hours. I avoid the pancake puppies because they are another form of crack they taste really good and have enough sugar to make you go in to coma with the icing, I recommend sharing them, but get the normal ones the red velvet and fruit filled ones just aren’t as good. If you have been to a Denny’s in a while this is one of their best, but just so you know the menu has changed, but old classics still adorn it, like Moons Over my Hammy. As inconstant or slow as the kitchen is her at times they sometimes nail it and when you’ve filled a table with friends after a late night out, nothing beats hanging out.
