Our server was snotty and not very polite. She made us feel very unwelcome. Our food was good and it came out on time and she did keep our drinks full. But not once did she ask if our food was good, if she could get us anything, and was just very short and wanted us out. Granted we are teenagers but we tip at a 25% so you don’t have to be rude to all. Thank you.

$ 0.59 wings on Mondays! Service was awesome, food was delicious. The traditional wings are huge! We got 20 wings, 10 sweet Thai chili and 10 chipotle, and a half order of chicken fingers. Crystal was really attentive, sweet and knowledgeable for only being in training. Roosters totally beats Clucker’s on every level. First review because it impressed us that much!

Totally mediocre food, but we did have great service. After seeing Rooster’s sprinkled throughout the area we decided to give it a chance; glad we tried it once, but we won’t eat there again. The atmosphere is exactly as you would expect. Lots of TVs for game day, wood paneling, sports memorabilia, signage etc. The booth seating was perfect for our gang, but I wouldn’t want to sit on it for 3+ hours while eating during a game(which is perhaps their plan). It was clean, though slightly dim IMO. All the food we ordered was coated in a super thick batter that was very tough and flavorless. The ‘boneless wings’ that I ordered in a medium wing sauce we VERY greasy. The butter was overwhelming. My husbands ‘boneless wings’ in the thai sauce were flavorful, but that batter they were dipped in was tough and ruined the experience. The ‘onion feathers’ were inedible. The coating was SO thick on them. Our server noted we ate almost none and took them off the bill. The highlight of the meal were the potato wedged(and really the only enjoyable thing on the table). Our server was superb though. VERY friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Sports Bar for sure! I counted 18TV’s, but I may have missed a few. Everything is served a la carte. For a sports bar, the food is pretty good. Salads are very good. Veggie burger is o.k., as are the burgers. Marinated chicken sandwich has an excellent flavor. The chips are wonderful. Not chips from a bag. Chips they make on site, crispy with some mysterious seasoning. No veggies; so if you are eating healthy, you are going to have to order a salad or the grilled marinated chicken sandwich. Be prepared, it can be very loud in there. Ashley, our server, sat at our table to take our orders, so it’s a very casual place. She did a fine job meeting our needs and making suggestions. Sarah the bartender was good at recommending beers based on my preferences. I really enjoyed the Busted Knuckles beer.

Roosters was a great place to eat but after my last two visits i left very disappointed. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. My frustration is with the food and how long it took to get it. Everything we ordered was under cooked and greasy. My wings came out and it looked like a big pile of mush, possibly the worst wings I’ve ever eaten. Honestly don’t know how a wing place could screw them up that bad.

This used to be a pretty decent place. Unfortunately my last couple visits have been terrible. Food has been extra greasy, cold, smaller portions and service lacking. This location has had a lot of server turnover. Last two visits, each server started by telling me: «I’m new so be patient with me». Sorry but I don’t think I should have to train their servers.

Fast service, good food at a decent price. A must when football season starts, but still tastes better than hooters.

Great place to enjoy the games but also just a good atmosphere. The only blue cheese dip I have ever liked. Don’t bite straight into a wing immediately after getting it, it will burn your mouth.

A good place behind the Greentree Mall. The wings are good but the Hot Chicken strips are to die for…:) Great selection of beer and plenty of TV’s

The beer is cold sometimes, but I credit them with having the dirtiest bathroom in town. If you’re eating here try the Quesadillas.

So the food was ok but the price was really affordable. We sat at the bar and I think the lady was having a bad day because she sucked but great place for parties and cheap drinks/food.

I don’t feel like it’s fair to leave my three star review up based on one experience when I’ve been back a few times since then and the service was much improved. I go to this location sometimes during games when I want bar food and beer. The kids love this place too. The prices are very reasonable here and there are no less than twenty tvs in this place. All the foods I’ve tried are great. Nachos, buffalo shrimp, chicken burrito with queso, salads, pizza, and especially the wings.

Its right down the road for me to get a cheap food and drink at a casual setting. Love it!

We dropped by for lunch because I was told that they have great wings and fish as well as one of our crew had a crush on one of the servers. Fair enough, let’s go. The general feel is of a slightly run-down sportsbar. Like a once-great linebacker who pulled his hamstring one too many times but can still make a tackle, the feel is a bit downtrodden, but not disgusting. It makes sense. The location is right between Lewis and Clark and Veterans; two stretches of road that have the greatest economic disparity to geographic location gap in the area. There are plenty of TV’s, but lunch on a Friday doesn’t give you much selection. Speaking of selection, the beer list looked decent but, alas, I had to go back to work and ordered water. The menu is decent and there are a good number of lunch options. Not being a wing guy, I went for the fish sandwich. It was huge! This resulted in a bit of messiness at the end as the sandwich struggled to maintain form. There was not enough tartar sauce for the amount of fish and it ended up being a little bland on the white bun with scant, flavorless tomatoes. I also had the fried mac & cheese and would recommend this triangular delight. Service was quick and attentive. Definitely hit the standard but didn’t really try to set any records. Overall, not a destination, but not something that I would recommend against.

The best part about Roosters is its extensive menu. Even if you’re not a wings person, you’ll find a lot of other things to choose from. I like the nachos and the Italian sub. I also like the fact that usually you can seat yourself(though the last time we were there, a hostess seated us. Not sure why, as I saw other people coming in after us and getting their own seats, but whatever). I’ve never had bad service and the portions are so huge, they make for two or three meals. The food is not something I crave, but I’ll happily go along with friends when they want Roosters.

Been meaning to try this place for a while and we finally did. I’m impressed. The boneless wings were tender and large with a light breading. Kind of like chick-fila. About half the breading of BW3s and twice the chicken. Not too impressed with the curly fries. Seemed to be under cooked. Probably give them another try just to see if it was a bad day. Seemed slow when we went but it was early Saturday. Most of the action was in their bar. The wait staff didn’t seem to be in a hurry as far as refills or the check. They were friendly but seemed to hang out at the front with the others. Another safe place for my peanut/tree nut allergic wife.

If you are a fan of BW3’s then you’ll feel right at home at Roosters. Their menu is about 95% chicken with a big emphasis on wings. I’m not a big wing eater so I tried their chicken tenders and they were delicious as was the barbecue sauce that I ordered on the side. Of all the tenders I’ve tried I would rank them second only to Troll Pub Under the Bridge. My boyfriend is a wing person. He ordered 10 boneless wings and declared them to be the«biggest boneless wings he had ever seen» and«at least twice the size of BW3’s». He also said they were adequately crispy and he thoroughly enjoyed the Carolina Gold sauce that the waitress had recommended. The lightly seasoned potato wedges that we shared were also really tasty. Aside from the food my boyfriend loved this place because he could watch at least six different games from our table as the restaurant has flat screen TV’s absolutely everywhere. I was also really impressed with their outdoor patio and can’t wait to come back on a sunny day to play Cornhole. If the service had just been a little more prompt I would give them five stars. However the waitress kept us waiting for drink refills, to-go boxes, our check, etc. Consider this a strong four stars though. It is really hard to find a place that I don’t have to drag my boyfriend to and he actually liked Roosters.

I’ve been here 3 times and whatever food I’ve had was good — the grilled Cajun-style Chicken sandwich(4 out of 5), Quarter-pound Burger(3.5 out of 5) and the Buffalo Chicken Sub(3 out of 5). I didn’t really care much for the boneless wings — they were not particularly crispy but the sauces I got on the side(Donkey & Garlic) were very good. The bartender Amanda is excellent — she gives great recommendations, she’s very personable and makes conversation with everyone seated at the bar and enlivens the place with her vibrant personality. I like Roosters but it’s not necessarily a place I would drive out of the way to get to. if I happen to be in the area, I don’t mind sitting at the bar, watching a game and grabbing a bite.

For the price this place beats the pants off of any other wing place in my immediate area. Good sauce selection with flavor. Excellent options if wings aren’t your thing.

Worst wings of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. Excessively greasy. Our waitress was really good and our food arrived really quickly… but that is all that can really be said. The wings were not even passable. I expect a stomach ache from all the grease.

If massive amounts greasy, chicken skin are your thing — this is your place. This location opened recently. A co-worker recommended the Dixie Hwy location and raved about how good the wings were. My friends and I were in the neighborhood and hungry so we decided to try it. The hostess and waitress were friendly so no complaints there. We asked our waitress what was good. She recommend a couple of salads, sandwiches and chicken fingers. We should have followed her advice but we wanted wings. With a name like«roosters» you would assume the wings rock — right? Wrong, wrong, wrong! You can have your order of wings in one sauce only — they won’t let you do 6 of one sauce and 6 of another(like BW3s). The sauce selection wasn’t that great but we ordered a variety. We waited and waited for 45 minutes until it arrived. When we received our wings they looked pretty large but not crispy as I like them. As we ate, huge amounts of grease and oil dripped down our hands. We also noticed that each wing had a freakish amount of skin. I’m not exaggerating here — there was so much thick, greasy skin that it was almost disgusting. One of the guys got a pizza because the picture looked appetizing. Well, he wasn’t impressed. When the waitress brought it out we all laughed. He wasn’t laughing though, he said it tasted worse than a $ 1.00 Totinos frozen pizza from Walmart. As long as it took them to get us our food — the pizza probably did come from Walmart. We won’t be back.
