Summertrees Apartments

This place should be called ShadyTrees but I digress.
How about the good news first? I lived here for a year, back in 2005. The apartments are clean and nice but a little small. It does have a quaint little playground and the maintenance man was awesome. Internet connection was good as well.
Okay, I’m sorry about all this but I had to write a comment on how heinous this place is. First, $ 600 a month for 1000sq ft is ridiculous. Second, the «storage» is like a small hallway closet. Third, the people that live here are either hateful wives of Soldiers or just plain creepy. The people that own the place are so shady and hateful that it feels like they should be included as evil villains in a Disney movie.
Reason why this has a one-​star is because the people that own this place are pure evil. They waited until most of the Soldiers got deployed and about a week later, tried to raise everyone’s rates so that they didn’t have to deal with the man of the house. Btw this is completely illegal and unethical. You CANNOT raise rates when you have a contract with the current owners!
