The time I spent shopping for a diamond provided me with a wide perspective on the diamond purchasing experience. Before I made what I thought was going to be my purchase I did one last stop and met Lynne for the first time. I am grateful that I did. She went above and beyond to meet with me when my schedule allowed. She spent the time to show me a wide variety of options I was interested in while carefully and clearly explaining each step. The diamonds were spectacular but her approach, communication and continued customer service has made all the difference. We ended up with a diamond I could not have imagined purchasing and an equally impressive relationship with Lynne for now and into the future. Top notch!
