Completely unprofessional, when your office hours are posted as 8 am to 5 pm you don’t show up to open the door at 8 am you get there earlier and are ready to see patients at 8 am. This puts the entire day behind but I guess when you don’t have any respect for your patients time that is not a concern. Another highlight is waiting while the staff discusses holiday parties, we wouldn’t want to interrupt that and start work. And you get to your exam room and the nerve of the sign they have posted on the wall about how busy they are while j was just watching employees waltz in after 8 am. Love the Heath care system. Update– 830 am first patient of the day still waiting great patient care
