Love Dragon Hill. Always get the Generals Chicken, fried rice, egg roll, and egg drop soup. Never disappoints. My wife really likes the chicken egg foo yung, big portion and always needs a box. Quick service and friendly staff. Yea I’ll be back again and again.

I brought my dog to the vet next to Dragon Hill last week(he is doing fine, thank you for asking). And EVERYONE at the office was ordering from Dragon Hill; so I made a point to give a try this weekend. I was impressed by the friendly service and the quality of food. We got their family option for 2 and it was very good. I wouldn’t dare compare this to a sit down high-end Chinese place, but if you’re looking for a place to quench your thirst for some cheap, Chinese take out… This is your place.

This food started out pretty good a few years back, but IMO should be named«Down Hill» because that’s what has happened. We tried it again tonight just to see if our last time dining with them was a bad night. We just experienced bad night part 3. Every meat was overlooked and dry. The sauces lack quality flavor and have a gooey texture. Honestly the best part of my meal was the rice. I realize this is American Chinese food, but I’ve had much better. We did take-out tonight and noticed it wasn’t busy at all for a Saturday evening, hence I believe it’s a combination of lousy food and high prices. $ 30 for two bad meat dishes, noodles and and box of rice. Sorry, we’re pulling the rug under this restaurant joint for good.

We have typically ordered take out here once a month since they opened. Recently, however, the food hasn’t been very good. I’ve tried their seasonal specials like Mango Shrimp and Asparagus Chicken. The mango and asparagus quantities in the dishes are very minimal and the asparagus is typically the stocks rather than the tasty ends of the spears so I end up throwing those out because I cannot chew the stocks. My husband has also been disappointed with the Mongolian Beef. He said it didn’t have much flavor where you would expect it to be a bit spicy. I’ve stayed away recently in favor of other similar restaurants in the area.

If it was possible to give this place NO stars I would have. We have been here twice. It was mediocre at best. The waitress has been the same. She’s been rude every time. Came here tonight. Got the same waitress yet again. This time my husband orders some General TSO Chicken and pan fried noodles. He was told«no. We don’t do that.» It’s on the menu but yet apparently you can’t get it. So we ask for the manager but he has conveniently stepped out. So this Tim guy comes over. Who was very rude. His reasoning for why that couldn’t be ordered is «it takes too much time and we are busy»(if that was busy I’d hate to see a rush because there were only about 5 tables filled) so we paid for our soda and crab wontons and left. On the way out this Tim guy had the nerve to yell at my husband in front of the restaurant. Absolute worst experience EVER!

This is a typical horrible Chinese restaraunt. They buy everything store bought and charge us hard working people double the cost. I will Never go back again! Food sucks, and the service sucks. I would really like to meet the owner to tell him what big of a rip-off artist he is. Just plain Nasty!

This place is really good. It’s cheaper than Panda Express(for lunch at least) and it comes with lots of stuff. The lunch special is like 6.25 for a main course with huge serving of fried rice, egg roll, and soup. It tastes really good. Service is quick. Kinda glorified fast food, but it’s good Chinese food! Especially for the price.

This seems like a popular Americanized Chinese restaurant in the area, and we came here for lunch, since my white coworker said he had been here for dinner a few times. They seem to have a trendier décor than most other ones in town. I was in the mood for some Chinese curry dishes, so I got their Curry Beef for lunch, it came with egg rolls, and some rice. The hot & sour soup was ok, a little bit on the bitter side. The egg roll was mostly lettuce on the inside. The curry was a bit light in seasoning, but the beef was tender enough. For an Americanized place, Dragon Hill was about average on my list. I might come again to try more of their dishes. Service was not too bad for an Asian place.

Dragon Hill is my go-to restaurant in Clearfield. Staff is always prompt and friendly and their food is delicious. Their walnut shrimp is the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Food was ok nothing exciting. Reason for low rating is the service. Had to ask for everything including silverware. Had the servers behind us complaining about everything including customers. Not enjoyable

The 5 star reviews on here are questionable. Not surprised though since a chick fil a down the road is 5 stars. People in utah don’t have high expectations. When the food was ready in under 10min I knew it would be typical Chinese food and it was just that.

Found the place on Unilocal while driving home from Salt Lake City. Four stars for Chinese food, figured had to try it. The place is a bit off the beaten path, but was worth the drive. Ordered edamame and veggie spring rolls to start. The veggie spring rolls were good, but a bit greasy. The edamame was wonderful, piping hot and just the right amount of salt! My daughter had the orange chicken, and said it was wonderful, many times! I ordered the Szechuan green bean. It wasn’t spicy enough for me, but that’s normal for most restaurants. The quantity of food was normal for most Chinese restaurants, that is, more than enough for each person. Overall the experience was very good, I would recommend when you’re passing through.

Normal Chinese food… nothing special to note. It is better then most in the area though. If I don’t want to go far and I’m in area I will go here for a quick Chinese dinner to go.

Decent for the area, probably the best Chinese within 10 miles, but you shouldn’t be going out of your way to get there. Most dishes seem a little sweet to me.

THEBESTORANGE/GENERAL TAOCHICKENINTHESTATE! The other stuff is fine but is mostly fried and easily upsets the stomach. The staff is polite but they ALWAYS forget to check regularly for refills, especially during the night. Reasonably priced and the lunch/dinner combos are highly recommended.
