If I were to rate just the teriyaki bowl I had, this would be a five star review! It was seriously so delicious. Unfortunately due to the staff and«cleanliness» of the store I’m only giving it 3 stars. We had to pass up 5 tables because they were so dirty, and there was only one other person eating, so they obviously weren’t busy. I’m a little shocked that not 1 of the 4 employees I saw working couldn’t pick up a rag and wipe down the tables.

Since moving closer to this Taco Time, we decide to give it another chance. It has improved, we’ve been back twice now, our order was correct and the food was hot and delicious. The tacos are stuffed with meat and cheese unlike other well known taco places, where you mostly get lettuce and and 3 strands of cheese.

Just when I thought things could not get worse at this location, they do! What exactly, well I am glad you asked? They have high priced specialty items like the sweet pork burrito, part of their reasoning for the higher price is the fact that this burrito has sour cream, or should I say should have sour cream, more than half the time we get these items that should include sour cream they neglect to add it. One time the cashier at the window informed me that they could not put on the sour cream because they were out, is that OK they asked? Oh by the way, there is a grocery store across the street, GOBUYSOME! I got the burrito anyway and stopped at the local 7 – 11 on the way home and bought sour cream because I know the wife would want it on her burrito. Now the Mexi-fries, in my earlier review I praised these beloved gems. The last two times we have ordered them they have been far less than praise worthy. The first time they were undercooked, soggy and greasy, this latest time they were way over salted and on the verge of undercooked. This location needs to be retrained and quality control needs to be implemented. __________________________________________________ Earlier review … Taco times are all over Northern Utah, this one happens to be en route to home. Unfortunately, I believe this is one of the poorest examples of a Taco Time in the area. Quality and service are lacking, I think the Samuri Sam piece distracts the workers from being able to produce a quality Mexican meal, but I could be wrong. So, with all that said why an OK rating, because they have MEXI-FRIES! What are Mexi-Fries, tater tots by another name but Taco Time has done something to them to make them extra special, give them a try, but for a better overall experience you may want to try another location because this one struggles to produce consistent quality

This Taco Time is close to home, but this last week has convinced me to not come here again. I waited five minutes to order, there was no one else in line. Then after paying it took another ten minutes(I listened to five songs from the time I pulled up until the time I pulled away). I ordered a Big Juan, nachos and four crisp meat burritos. Too much time. The window associate offered some half-hearted apology that held no real sympathy, claiming they were working on other orders. I could see inside through the window… no other customers could be seen. Worst service ever.

Ate here and got the nacho grande and thought they tasted funny. When I got to the bottom of the plate I noticed that the styrofoam plate had melted into the food. Talked to the manager buzz and he said that the plates are fine and are safe. I don’t know about you but I do not want to eat styrofoam so I will never eat here again. Took pictures of it and I will post them on here.

1÷12÷13 — Soggy mexi fries, soggy tacos, old burritos, waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes. Order was wrong in many ways. I’ve been here quite a few times over the years and the attrition has been great. They have no business being in business. Booooo! They get my nomination for culinary business disaster of 2013. Don’t go here. Kick yourself in the crotch instead.
