I’ve been going to nails in town for 4 years now and there’s no better place to go! Always a friendly staff, clean environment and nails are done to perfection! I highly recommend this Nail Salon to ANYONE looking to get their nails done.

Went to get a gel mani pediatric done today at Nails in Town and was completely unsatisfied with the entire experience. Not only did it take them 2 hours to do a pedicure which is completely unheard of. But the lady doing them couldn’t even do straight line for my v line French tip so tina had to come over and finish them. Then when the girl attempted to do my fingernails the lines were still not straight. That’s when I said something as polite as possible not to offend anyone. Tina the owner, proceeds to tell me that the girl says she knows what she’s doing so leave her alone! I couldn’t believe it. I will NEVER go her again for the simple fact that they were rude to me and ended up overcharging me for a callous remover that they didnt even do I was so flustered at how she talked to me that I didnt realize they hadn’t done the callous remover. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OWNER IS A SNOB. AND THEY DON’T EVEN DO A GOOD JOB. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY AT THIS USELESS EXCUSE OF A NAIL SALON.

Unsatisfied with them today. For the first time ever. Could not understand the person that was doing my pedi and was charged for something I didn’t want. Then was scheduled for a full set and they didn’t have room for me once I got there.
Went to Tulip Nails and saw the person that I use to get my nails done at Nails in Town and was Very Very Happy.
So 1 Star for Nails in Town

10 Stars for Tulip Nails

I got the package pedicure. I think it was thorough and done really well
I also got a manicure. It was done at the same time of my pedi, which is helpful if you have less time.
Thorough service. I paid $ 50 for both. I would recommend and come again.

I’ve lived in SF & NY and just moved to Clearlake. I’ve tried several nail shops in town and was never fully satisfied until finding Nails In Town. Tom put an ad in the church bulletin three months ago so we tried them. Now my mom and I visit the first week of every month for a mani/​pedi. You girls know this is maintenance personal grooming not a luxury. The space is professional, clean, has good light, is nicely decorated and has a big TV near the pedi chairs. They also have waxing services besides the latest in nail options. Tom & Tina are gracious proprietors and nail technicians. Mae is a friendly and sweet part of the team. I especially appreciate the special attention given to my 75 year old mother.
