Been to this Dollar Tree more times than you can imagine and found a few things to be consistent. I pretty much know all the products in the store and it comes in handy because if I need or want an item I can bet they will certainly have it here thus saving myself a couple of bucks from getting it someplace else where it would undoubtedly cost more than $ 1. I really wanted to give 5 stars but this location doesn’t have a freezer in the back with an array of frozen food selections like the other Dollar Tree that is in the Clearwater Mall plaza. The other location seems bigger but I’m not sure if it actually is. But hey, it’s not their fault or anything they can control, it was a decision made by corporate management a very long time ago. The store is surrounded by other stores that have moved so besides Party City on one side and a Subway on the other, I can hear the wind and see the tumbleweed rolling it is so empty and dead. What I do like is if you go during the day they can get you through the line quickly, of course it is busier on holidays because they carry many seasonal items. Though their inventory is predictable you can count on the seasonal items and overall it’s just more affordable. The Dollar Tree in Pinellas Park on US19 near Target in what used to be Pinellas Park Mall is notorious for having long amusement park lines with only 1 or 2 if you are lucky cash registers open so I think this location applies common sense in this area and really works to get people through the lines quicker.
