The staff are wonderful, fast and super friendly!
Unfortunately, the management allows waaaaaaaaaayyyyy too many nasty stinky non working vagrants, pirates and bums the freedom to loiter around inside and out making the area around and near the facilities to have become an extremely degraded flow.
It feels more like a hobo shelter than a welcoming dining experience.

GReat! We came in kind of late at night and they were all really nice and sweet! That snacknado ice cream was fantastic and we got donuts too! It was amazing! Great after a long day!

Site Manager Shanquana D., runs a great operation, even though she has been in her position less than four weeks. Please be advised, that this reporter has been patronizing this location for over seven years and has always found good service. Moreover, the surrounding, market area supports this type business due to its varied product base and retail need. The Dunkin, donuts/​Baskin Robbins business, draws customers from all over downtown. Without a doubt, it can be realized that the early morning riser, traveling to work or persons just looking for P-​E-​A-​C-​E would like that special type of coffee, tea, cake, bagel or donut catered to her or his palette day by day. Subsist on food inside or out on the prepared tables. As a reminder, please be considerate of the growing population of non-​smokers. T-​H-​A-​N-​K Y-​O-​U.
One of my recent favorites is the tuna fish sandwich on bagel — -Please try one.

And with the expertise of Ms. Shanquana D, new expectations and upward height of service, you will feel honored by this new manager who will «be there.» Nevertheless, Ms. Shanquana plans to deliver, while acquiring new skills at a local school for marketing and business she is part of a top of an industry leader, such as Dunkin’ Donuts.
Yes, Ms. Shaunquana D. will be moving up in her company and will swing life long commitments to her customers who will expect long range care.

Additionally, the hot days of Summer, will soon be upon us and the Dunkin’ staff, will be there to present traffic with ice-​cream, ice coffee lattes, cold drinks, sundaes, ice tea etc. and air. which is consistently operational when required. Speak to the staff! Smile with the staff and point out improvements you would like to see.

The employees here are unfriendly and do not know how to use the register which slows down ordering, the two times I have been here the wait was ridiculous and the my order and the one in front of me were screwed up by the employees. I order the advertised special today and they did not know how to ring it up so the girl tried to ring up a more expensive item and charge me more, I refused to pay the more expensive price, I should have left then but I felt that since they were already making my drink that I should not. Little did I know the drink was first made hot after I said iced and then it was made wrong, it wasn’t even edible. They gave me the drink but then just stood there and I had to remind them that I had ordered a doughnut. I won’t be going back here, they clearly do not train their employees on how to ring up an order let alone make a drink.

This particular location works like a well oiled machine! Super quick service and ALWAYS super fresh coffee! My kids and I go there at least 2 times a week!
