Great location. Awful service. I’ve been here twice and there’s only been one person working…
Same here… Donuts and coffee but nothing is worth 45 minutes waiting.

While I normally avoid chains, I just wanted a coffee and sandwich on my vacation. I waited 25 minutes in line and another 15 minutes for the food. This location needs to have more staff working a shift and hire talent with some sense of urgency.

The staff her was very friendly and moved quickly despite being short staffed and having an ever growing line. I just wanted a quick breakfast to go and ordered a crossaint with plain cream cheese and my sister ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Strawberry tasted a little off and was a little disappointed they didn’t have chives and onion cream cheese.
This Dunkin is more expensive than other Dunkins I’ve been to. But they offer free WIFI and have a great outdoor seating area with a spectacular view!

Very disappointed. …One employee, place was dirty, very very small selection of everything! I had a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was rock hard and non of the other stuff was close to being fresh. I should hace known I was in trouble when I heard the microwave ding. I also purchased a pumpkin and blueberry muffin, that were eaten later. Both were tasty and seemed fresh. My husband purchased a couple of donuts. What I heard him say to the lady and what he got were totally different. They must have tasted fine, he ate them.
