How do say great service, friendly, accommodating and helpful? Jennifer Sweat! Patient and understanding Jennifer took the time to explain options, colors, benefits, features … all the stuff a good sales rep should provide. I will not hesitate to shop with her again and certainly let friends and family know, that’s where to go and Jennifer is who to see! After reading some pretty tough reviews about the company, this woman made me a believer. Publicly– thank you! For us, you saved the company!

Where to begin? Jennifer Sweat saved us and«the sale» after a horrible experience at the Dale Mabry location. She made everything very easy for us to order what we wanted. It seemed everyone at this location had a great disposition and could teach the other location a thing or two. Maybe that’s why on a Monday they were busy, where as on Sunday we were the only ones in the other location(the short time we were there before being run off). TL;DR deal with Jennifer Sweat. Great person, makes things easy and doesn’t pressure.

Ordered my sofa in April with an arrival of mid July(which was written on my invoice in two separate places.) They have 1000 $ deposit and it’s the end of July and I still don’t have a sofa. Told by manager should be next week(which is August). So 14 weeks later I still have no where to sit. They also mis-handled the delivery of my other items. having to reschedule after I took the day off because they FORGOT to put my artwork on the truck. I will not buy from them again.
