McDonald’s

Came by around mid night, Service was friendly, ordered 2 Big Macs and a large fry… (One Big Mac with special sauce and one with OUT!)They told me to pull up to the 3^rd window while the Big Macs were made… about 5 mins later the manager came to the window with my bag… Got home both Big Macs were made WITH sauce… TIP: check your order before you leave… My order wasn’t right but the fries were hot and yummy!
I did notice inside there were computer to make your order, if you don’t feel like having a face to face encounter with a cashier! Pretty cool…

These stupid fucks obviously can’t read a monitor. I ordered a double quarter pounder, got a regular quarter pounder, order a 10 piece nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, however the sauce wasn’t in the bag, and neither was a single napkin. The fries were cold and soggy. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this location. Just a bunch of morons here.

Ver 1 of 8 McDonalds in the state of Florida who are trying something new create your own burger oh my god it’s amazing they make the burger when you make the order it doesn’t sit and wait for you its fresh they are friendly faces I need some real refreshing turn around for McDonalds I really like this one and every other McDonalds pales in comparison

Awful. I’ve been here on 4 different occasions… the 22 year old manager is actually yelling back and forth as I type. Worst ever experience at a fast food place. Lady mopping the floors while the place is mobbed… mopping my feet and being spoken to in a vulgar manner. .the only thing I can see different is the stupid machines that are also taking orders they clearly can not fill… did I mention my food was 100% wrong. Not going to be a number 5 lol that is a fact! Manager just comes by as another guest mentioned my food was in correct as well… I’m over it… chicken is for breakfast…

My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru at about 3:45 AM, technically Monday morning, we were not greeted and the automatic voice machine that comes over the speaker was interrupted by a female that just sounded completely annoyed that we had pulled up. The only thing she said was «go on with your order», no hello or anything. As I told her I wanted a large order of fries, she said it’s going to be 4 ½ minutes for the fries, like she was trying to convince me to not order fries. As I finished my order she rudely said «pull up to the second window», without giving me an order total. When we got to the second window she told me my total, and took my money and again said very rude «pull up the the third window and I’ll bring it out», I’ve never had to go to a third window so that threw me off. About 3 minutes later she opened the window and couldn’t have possibly passed my bag faster without throwing it through my car window. Then abruptly slammed the window shut as I was saying thank you. I’m a server, so I know how customer service work goes, even if this is «just McDonalds» or «typical fast food» there is no reason for anyone working with the public to have such a shitty attitude. As soon as we pulled away from the speaker my boyfriend and I both said simultaneously how much of a bitch she was, and it had only gotten worse as the seconds went on. Some people should be thankful for their jobs, since so many other people who are unemployed would be more than grateful to fill their shoes. I wish I could have caught her name, but surprisingly she wasn’t wearing a name tag. So this is for the woman working tonight, with your hair up in a tight bun and wearing a black shirt, (I hope to the Lord above your not a manager) if you wouldn’t have slammed that window in my face and walked away so fast, you would have heard me calling you a rude ass bitch and to lighten up. To whoever owns this store, (maybe it won’t matter) I live blocks away from this location and from now on I will be taking the drive to go to the Dunedin location. Where the staff there actually care about their customers, was going there for years without a single problem. Maybe your staff can learn a thing or two about «good» service. Rant over.

This is as much an internet café as a McDonald’s There is free wi fi (also Brighthouse wi fi if you’re with them) it’s bright, clean and well lit. There are plenty of outlets to plug into and the seats are very comfortable. The food is standard McDonald’s fare either you can deal with it or not. (if you haven’t checked lately they have some pretty good coffee options) The place tends to be a little overrun with teenagers during those couple of hours after school but nothing outrageous. The staff are friendly and courteous and I’ve used the drive through plenty (too much) and they’ve never messed anything up. Overall it’s a pretty good McDonalds.

This McDonalds is new and it looks it. They went for a very high tech look.
Inside the entire place looks very clean and sharp. There are huge block letters over the drink station that says refresh, which adds to the look.
They give you a number and there is a screen that displays it when your food is ready. This is pretty neat, because it results in less yelling of names.
I always find it strange that the iced coffee costs different prices at different locations. Here it is $ 1.49 for a small. It was very good, but I wish it was $ 1.07.

This store replaced the one that closed on US –19 and Nursery Rd. It’s located on the SE corner of S. Belcher Rd and Nursery Rd.
The staff is very sharp, friendly, and fast. What more can you ask?
One of the better fast food stops, IMHO.
