This is quite a gem. It’s retiring place for 55 and parents just bought one of the apartments here and it is nice. The previous tenants left a fair amount of furniture including a 60″ inch flat screen with a blue ray player! :O My parents particular apartment is big enough to sleep 6 adults and a baby given a couple air mattresses. It is very spacious clean and décor and inside and out not too outdated. I’ve had a pleasant stay here. If you are in the market for retiring and over 55 check this place out.

My mom moved into this community several months ago. The community has so many activities for the residents it is hard to believe. Tennis, water aerobics, dances, card nights, travel clubs, you name it and it seems to be something that has been organized in this community. Please note that this is a 55 and older community and the community is absolutely gigantic. When I say gigantic I mean size, there are a lot of condominiums that are part of this community. On our most recent visit to my mom’s home, we enjoyed one of the pools. The pool is a nice size, is well maintained, and everyone enjoyed the day. If you are over 55 or know someone who is over 55, and are interested in living in a condominium community with other people over 55, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Top of the World is a wonderful retirement community. My grandparents lived here the last 10 years of their lives and liked it very much. I was there on many a visit and was welcome to join them in their shuffleboard, swimming, and billiards at the local community center(all a part of living there). My grandparents got along well with their neighbors and enjoyed the ammenities the community provided. The place was very nice for what they were paying(which wasn’t much as they were retired and not on very great pensions). If they were still around, I am sure they would reccommend it.
