Taco Bell

My friend and I went there to eat tonight. His burrito had almost zero meat and looked nothing like the picture on the window advertising it. Mostly just tortilla. The place was not very clean. The gal who took our order was nice but that was about it. I usually go there because they have KFC too but not sure now. There is another Taco Bell on East Bay that is cleaner and actually puts meat on their orders. We may go there now. I hope this place cleans up their act, of course the area isn’t that great either.

The only thing more disappointing than this Taco Bell is the fact I can’t give it zero stars.
I’ve been here 3 times, each time there’s been an issue. I went months without going here after they were completely incapable of not putting lettuce on my taco.
I decided to give it another try because basic instructions can’t be THAT difficult. I ordered tacos without lettuce, stressing this multiple times. After getting my food I decided not to check it because I stressed the no lettuce so much. That was my mistake as everything had lettuce, again.
Go anywhere else, if they’re too terrible at their job to do something so basic correctly then I can only imagine how much they butcher more complicated things.

I ordered a Hard shell taco, a bean burrito and a chalupa. I noticed in the first bit the taco «tasted funny» By about the third bit I realized the lettuce was sour. I pulled out the rotten lettuce to show the cashier. She did not look at it and threw it in trash. She ordered me another Taco without lettuce. The lettuce cheese meat interaction is my favorite time about Taco Bell but I accepted the neutered Taco. No big deal. I told the girl who came up from the back with my taco that she needs to check her lettuce. She glared at me and said, «There is nothing wrong with the lettuce». I thought her behavior was unacceptable but she was probably having a bad day and I could also over look that. This is the part I can not overlook. When I put the taco to my mouth the filling was so hot it burnt my lips. It also burnt my fingers. I have been eating at Taco Bell since they started in the late 60s. Never once has there been a taco with filling so hot that it burnt me. I assume the person was pissed because I complained and did something to make the filling extra hot. This is unacceptable. It is a potential lawsuit. Please fix this.

Taco Bell was my very first job, so it holds a special place in my heart. The fact that I worked there and will still eat there says something about their standards of cleansiness.
Is this food good for you? I think we all know the answer to that. But with a large selection of nachos, burritos and tacos, plus the addition of dorito shells and them bringing back the chilito, it van be hard to stay away.
This location has always been clean, and the service fast. It also is combined with a KFC. Is this a gourmet experience? No, but it’s good for what it is.
