When I called to get the minute clinic hours, it certainly woulda been nice to know that your employee goes to lunch from 1:30 — 2:30. Now I get to wait an hour & a half, possibly with the flu, until she gets back. Not the best business practice. I appreciate having the minute clinic, but when you’re sick, the last thing u want to do is wait while someone goes to eat, when u could’ve come in a bit later.
