First lets get the category clear. This is a motel not a hotel. For a motel it might be a four star but as a hotel it is a one star. The décor is fresh with nice tile work and paint but I can’t get past the smell. The room seemed damp as though it sits with no HVAC on to keep the humidity inside down causing that moldy musty smell. I get it, this is Florida where there is humidity(I live in state with lots of humidity) but the sheets felt damp… gross. Breakfast included??? I would not call that a breakfast. Tiny cereal boxes and toast. This motel is being advertised beyond its actual quality. Please be warned.

If you can’t stand incompetence, avoid this place. First of all, there is nothing«boutique» about this place. It’s Days Inn, Howard Johnson, etc… It’s too long a story, but condensed — they totally screwed up my reservation which took away valuable vacation time to resolve. It was a major inconvenience that resulted in our having to switch one room away instead of simply letting a new customer move into the available room. The issue is that the only word to describe the staff’s handling is «clueless». It was a simple mistake that could/should have been resolved in a simple manner. Instead, we were forced to be «flexible» which diminished our trip to the theme parks for a day. While sitting at the front desk(for an excruciatingly long time) I witnessed several other«problems» with other customers which were also handled in the same amateurish fashion. Housekeeping also decided that one bath towel would suffice for two guests. The are many, many choices in this area for travelers to consider. The is no need to choose Sunsol«Boutique».

We had a good stay here going to Disney. Very nice people to deal with and very accommodating. Simple, yet clean room. Just what we needed for the price. The only complaint I could have is there were no washcloths clean, so we had to use the smaller hand towels to shower with. And… The breakfast is lacking. If they want to compete and hold their own in the market — - I would step it up a bit. Looks like they’ve remodeled lately and the foyer is delightful. Elegant almost. Then they go and serve toast and cereal(and that’s it) for«breakfast«. If this isn’t an issue with you — then it won’t be. Plenty of restaurants within the nearby area. But for the price I paid, we got a value.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, the first time was cut short. But both times the office staff has been incredibly friendly and prompt. When we got into our room, the A/C wasn’t working well. We went to the office and were apologized to for the inconvenience and were given another room immediately. The room is cute and clean. It lives up to the«boutique» name. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of storage even having an armoire instead of a closet. The lighting comes from lamps as opposed to overhead lighting, which makes it feel cozy and not so sterile in the commercial way other hotels do. The bathroom is clean and the shower has the curved shower rod, making it feel more spacious. The vanity counter is wall to wall beautiful granite. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in the Orlando area.

Found this place by booking on Hotwire. Usually when I do that, I don’t have high expectations, especially since I’m looking for a cheap hotel. I got a one night stay for $ 50. I must say SunSol exceeded my expectations! The décor is updated and modern. Flat screen tv mounted on the wall in the room. The room was very nice and clean. The only complaint was that the shower didn’t have a shower curtain. I was too tired to call about it, but with the service I received during check-in and check-out, I have no doubt they would have helped me right away. Breakfast is included, but it’s not much. Small, pre-packaged pastries and bagels. Fruit. Coffee. Tea. Juice. Not bad for included, though. The breakfast seating area is very cramped, and they don’t allow guests to take food back to the rooms. So it’s a tight eating area. Although there’s a few kinks that could be ironed out, I’d probably like to stay here during another Orlando trip… assuming I can still get that same great deal price.

I am giving this a 5 start review based on the price of the hotel! If I paid $ 125 or $ 130 a night I would probably have given it a 4 star. But I didn’t — we spent about $ 75.00 per night after the $ 35 fee they charged for«services» upon arrival. The hotel grounds are immaculate, they are constantly running around sweeping and cleaning and obviously keep the place well kept. They do not bother you! There are not a lot of rules — they gave us an extra chair so we could sit outside our room to get the sun a few more hours on our first day! The rooms are CLEAN and modern! The TV is flatscreen — the beds were very comfortable — and honestly we couldn’t ask for anything more! Very Happy with our stay!

Great service, friendly, very accommodating, and nice room and lobby. Very modern and up to date. Got a deal last minute deal from expedia so a double queen nonsmoking was only $ 53 total. Missed the continental breakfast, but totally enjoyed my stay!
