We are so happy that we hired Al Wilhelmy as the florist for our wedding on May 24, 2015. Suzy did a fantastic job working within our budget to make the flowers perfect for our day. She gave us suggestions and made it easy for us to choose which flowers we wanted. She came in the day of our wedding and ensured that every detail was taken care of. She put the boutonnieres on the guys and set up everything in the church. I had no worries that the reception hall would look perfect, which it did. Great customer service and beautiful flowers.

This was a tough one — the flowers I received were ok. Not spectacular(the roses were cut short) and not exactly perfectly arranged. The vase was adequate but cheap looking. What struck down the number of stars was the way I was treated on the phone by this florist! I received a call at work and the woman clearly stated the florist name and that they had a delivery for me but needed my last name and more info for the address. I was told this was to protect the driver. OK, fine, but when I inquired as to why they would contact the recipient of the gift and ruin the surprise rather than the sender, the woman flew off the handle and told me that she had been in this business for a LONGTIME and CAN’T I JUSTACTSURPRISEDANDRAAAAH!!! I finally had to tell her to calm down! My entire office could hear her and it was really embarrassing. I feel like this could be a great place if their customer service leaned toward apology instead of bullying. If they didn’t feel the driver would be safe, why not cancel the order and email the sender if you didn’t have his number? Or at the VERY least, not mention that it is a flower delivery coming? She even offered to read me the card. I would not use this florist again and if you are sending flowers as a surprise, I can say its no secret I wouldn’t recommend them to you either. Follow up: my flowers did not last long at all — three days for the most part in an air conditioned house. :(

«There’s rosemary, that’s for remembrance; pray, love, remember: and there is pansies. that’s for thoughts… There’s fennel for you, and columbines: there’s rue for you; and here’s some for me: we may call it herb-grace o’ Sundays: O you must wear your rue with a difference. There’s a daisy: I would give you some violets…» Oh don’t worry, you won’t find me drowned and flower strewn in the river. On the contrary. I’ve been getting a steady supply of lovely flowers from Wilhelmy’s lately. Mon cher chou is a darling, n’est-ce pas? Their flowers are always very fresh and hardy. The arrangements are classic without being cliché, interesting without being obtuse. Each arrangement is really very artistic and obviously well thought out. I’ve used them for events and they have always gone far above and beyond what I expected– even when I was expecting their usual brilliance.
