I would like to start off by saying I love Arby’s, it’s a shame my home town Arby’s is brand new and awful. I’ve been there three times since the new store opened and all three times it’s been nasty. First time there were 11 people working, floors, drink bar and tables were nasty. Second time they had at least 9 people working, same thing. This time the tables were in bad shape, even noticed dead flies on the table. Tonight 12 employees, two were management. Cody and sherry I believe were their names. Terrible experience. Asked the district managers contact info and was told they didn’t have it. Called Chattanooga store that I eat at a lot, manager got me the info and sent an email for me. She apologized for the Cleveland store and offered for me to come down there. As of yet Randy coins«district manager«has not responded. Going on up the chain.

The slowest drive thru I’ve consistently experienced. Don’t stop here for«fast» food… Other than that, it’s the standard Arby’s inside a new/clean building.

New but absolutely the slowest service and longest lines in Cleveland, Except for Krystal. They must have issues hiring people as they never seem to have enough during lunch. Food is great, just have to wait to get it no the lobby is a mess as they need help cleaning up.

They ask for your name so when your order is ready they call you. Service was fast for a fast food restaurant and the staff is friendly. Refills are free and self serve and the dining room seams pleasant.
