If i could give no stars, I would! This is the WORST company I have ever had to with! Apartment was full of roaches and many many other problems that they never got around to fixing! They ended up charging me for all the things wrong with the apartment by not giving my deposit back. I left that place in better condition than I got it because it was so awful I had to fix it up. Management does not exist only a secretary that has no idea how to solve the problems .I am still waiting for my deposit over a year later, just had a meeting with my lawyer today (fingers crossed) I will not let them get away with treating people like scum. They treated me awful since day one! A few things: The bathroom ran/​leaked sewage onto the floor for month after I moved in they would not fix it then yelled at me for a high water bill, Electrical outlet behind stove did not work (and I was not allowed to fix it myself) I could not cook but in my microwave for 6 months! The wood under the new carpet smelled awful of cat pee (I have never owned a cat)! ROACHES all the time! and much much more! DO not live at any of their properties (they have a lot)! Run away, far away!

Don’t be fooled by the name. These people should be known as WORST & Associates. Expect roaches. Expect an office staff too stupid to process a basic name change. Expect late fees when you pay on time. Expect to be told their unwillingness or inability to maintain a nearly hundred-​year old building is your fault. Expect calls for repairs to be ignored for days or weeks. Expect violations galore (until last month, the fire extinguishers in my building hadn’t been inspected in years).If the price seems to good to be true, well, there’s a reason for that. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve rented a property from this company since May of 2008. Great family run business and very quick to repair things. That’s a HUGE plus in Cleveland!
