I was trying to figure out why this place has such bad ratings when I realized all the bad reviews are from YEARS ago. This place is great guys seriously. Mad chill, decent priced, and is popping most days. The new owner Alex is so nice so give this place another shot. I’ve been coming here for almost a year now so it’s about time I write a review. It’s dim lighted, not the best furniture, and not the greatest music always but I mean it’s a HOOKAHBAR what do you expect? If you’re looking for golden rimmed cheap hookahs then you’re dreaming. This is one of my favorite places to hangout in Cleveland so if you haven’t tried it then you should. It’s my weekday hangout and a relaxing one at that. My signature flavor is Fuzzy Naval mixed with Black Peach Mist on ice. It’s got a bit of a minty aftertaste but it’s the best combination I’ve made yet! All in all, try this place when you’re looking for a laid back night with your group. You can even smoke cigs in here! No liquor license but there’s bars down the street so why does that matter. Thumbs up all around for me!

Eh, this place is okay. Music isn’t really a place that I would consider«hookah» if that makes sense. I understand having air conditioning, but in the winter when the temp is 30 why is it on full blast. I think it was just as cold outside as it was indoors. I was tempted to go to the store to get some mittens. The hookah flavor wasn’t really flavored. I tried multiple flavors and none had any flavor. I tasted mainly smoke. And the waiter disappeared after we got our hookah and didn’t leave tongs or nothing. We were forgotten. I’d check out another place before coming here

This place is VERY very Very relaxed– almost to the point of repulsion. I have seen people lay across two couches like a bridge, a FOOT massage, people standing on tables, etc. Some of the furniture is falling apart to the degree where the stuffing is popping out and cracking all over. That aside, I don’t mind it necessarily.

Decent to poor hookah with bad to terrible service. A fun venture after the bar but beware the misleading hours of operation. They turn away(rudely I might add) business if it’s 45m before the listed closing time.

Very chill place, bubbles are fun to play with. However there’s no food here which is a bummer.

Atmosphere is pretty chill and laid back and the prices werent too bad. Hookah is alright… most of the advertised flavors were out of stock tonight though. Their policy is 3 people to each hookah. They also have the option of getting soap to make smoke filled bubbles for a dollar – that was very entertaining. The seating was comfortable but it’s definitely small and cramped so you can’t go with a large group. The bathroom, however, was horrendous and filthy. Toilet paper on the floor, trash overflowing and not covered, urine on the floor. That combined with the lack of flavors are why I rated it low.

I have never really had to wait very long for a spot, and the staff was always really nice. I love the laid back atmosphere and the prices are actually really reasonable; for a giant premium hookah with fruit on top is like less than $ 20, and their smoothies are fantastic.

Been here a few times– and other than the proximity to the university there are very few if any redeeming aspects to this place in my opinion. The service is poor, the environment is dirty, and the hookah and food that they offer are overpriced. Not recommended.

This place was okay. Not great, but okay. The inside is a little small. There only seems to be room for about eight or so groups at a time. Tables have a lot of burn marks on them and the furniture was dirty and kind of ratty. They don’t use real coals, only the quick-lights. That was very disappointing, I expect a hookah lounge to use real coals. You can always taste the chemical-ness of a quick-light. Okay for home, but not good when you go out. Service took way too long. Spent over two and a half hours there for two different flavors. It took them almost two hours to change out our first head after it died. I’m from Chicago, so I’m used to a lot better service from hookah lounges. I might go back again if other places in the city are worse.
