Buffalo Wild Wings

I have spent a lot of money here in the past. But, they have blown it tonight. I placed a to go order tonight and it took nearly an hour before it was done. And there were no apologies for the delay. I will not be back. They will not get another cent of my money.

We came here Monday night with my BF’s family since everyone is finally in town at the same time. The girl at the front ask how many of us were there and we said 9 adults and 1 baby. She walked away and went to set up the table then came back and asked us how many people were in our party again. We again told her 9 adults and 1 baby. She stared at us for a few seconds, mumbled something and rolled her eyes. We all looked at each other like okay?
We then got seated right away. Our server came about 10 – 15 minutes later to greet us when we all knew what we wanted to order already. We gave her our orders and she tells us they’re out of certain things then just stares at us without asking or recommending anything else or giving us a minute to find something else. The manager came over loudly asking what we were celebrating and said if we needed anything to let him now. Well, he disappeared for the rest of the night.
Finally, we got our food. Everything was correct to our knowledge but apparently the server gave my BF and I the basket of fries order that was supposed to go to his sister instead of our regular order of fries. She came back 5 minutes later after we ate about half of it and snapped «that’s not yours that’s hers!» I told her «well that’s not our fault». She took it and gave it to BF’s sister and told us «yours will be another 10 minutes». Like really?! I was irritated and so was everyone else with the rest of the things she did. At the end she came back to the table and told my BF mumbling under her breath about who knows what and said she swiped his card multiple times but figured she would ask if he’s military to give him a discount. He showed her his ID and she never applied that discount at all. She then said his card doesn’t work and he needs to pay cash.
Service is one of the things that bring us back to places along with quality of food. Food was good (that’s what the one star is for) like any other Bdubs but the customer service here sucks. BF’s family are regulars to this location and said that the service has gone downhill from how it used to be. We will find another location next time we’re in town.

Dirty sticky tables and slow to non-​existent service for the second time we tried them. The first time we sat 30 mins without so much as a drink order and left but we decided that had to be a fluke and tried them again… This time made me wish I had just left again. They at first tried to bring us someone else’s order… then they got our order wrong, this we learned after waiting for over an hour for it to come out of the kitchen. The girl who brought our food carried it around without knowing which table it was for and took forever to refill our drinks. We asked for a kids cheese quesadilla for our 9 year old they sent a regular spicy chicken quesadilla. Prices are pretty high as well for the quality of the food which tastes cheap. We ordered a mushroom appetizer and the mushrooms inside were gross and mushy, it made me paranoid about getting sick from them. Seating was also so tight that people behind me banged into my chair every time they got up and neither of us were very large people. Needless to say we wont be back, do yourself and your wallet a favor and choose somewhere else.

Stopped in here for lunch on our way back home from Florida. I ordered small size boneless wings with Asian zing sauce. These wing orders are way overpriced. My wings came with hardly any sauce on them. No sides and they were almost $ 11. I could have went to Zaxbys and gotten the same thing as a combo for under $ 8. My wife got the 4 piece chicken tender meal. It was a much better deal. $ 8.49 for 4 tenders and a side and you can get them sauced or sauce on the side. I should have gotten these. My daughter got the kids meal cheeseburger. It was pretty plain and gross looking. The meat was dry and it was on a little roll. I just don’t see the appeal unless of course it’s the atmosphere with the 44 tvs. This was my second trip to a Buffalo Wild Wings and more than likely my last.

Good food. Whole bunch of TV’s with a whole bunch of games… Wings. what else do you need in a sports bar?

Wrong order. Twice. Then charged me for both. Bad service; thankfully wings are consistent for each location.

The food here is great this service is great most of the time and of course you have. TVs everywhere so you can’t really complain about not catching the game.

Truly 3.5 stars, but I am rounding up.
My own negatives I am discounting, because most people will not mind. For example, I find the interiors music too loud and all the TVs are just distracting. A place for quiet conversation? No. :) But the goal is a party atmosphere, so I get that. If I was going in to watch the game… cool. If I was hanging with a bunch of dudes… cool. If I was alone… cool.
The other is the beer selection. I like porters, stouts, darker beers with real taste. And they basically have only Guinness (which I do not care for). Many beers on tap, but many of them are mainstream non-​craft type. There was no beer list, so that kinda sucks. The server (he was new) really had no idea what they had, so I had to go the bar and look at the tap handles. A printed out list would have been awesome and save everyone time.
The positives: Seated quickly. Not crowded at all early evening. Helpful server.
Vegetarian or vegan options are limited as one would expect at a place that specializes in wings. But there are some. We started with the fried mushrooms and the onion rings. Both were good. Nothing amazing, but good. We had them hold the ranch dressing and they were happy to substitute a sampling of sauces. Brought out in small plastic tubs with labels. We loved the spicy «burn-​your-​face-​off» Garlic. The «your-​lips-​will-​melt-​and-​turn-​into-​lava» Asian. And the «you-​will-​remember-​this-​tomorrow» Jalapeño sauce.
We ordered the black bean burger, no cheese or mayo. Side of fries. The burger was pretty good. Well cooked with a nice crisp. Really liked the bun. Fries were just meh… edible but not great. I wonder if you can get the rings instead of the fries?
Food came out quickly.
Parking is easy off Paul Huff. If coming from away from the 75, take the side road Peerless and go in the back way as you can’t turn left into the Publix parking lot area.

In all fairness I arrived 20 minutes before the kitchen closed. I understand that I may need to adjust my expectations in that situation, but geeez this was disappointing.
My first time at a BWW
I order a Rum and Coke and the bartender missed the rum part of the order. No big deal, he fixes it. But I try my drink and it’s got to be the weakest mixed drink I’ve ever had.
I ask about a burger, he confirms that the grill has been turned off.
I order Jalapeño wings and an order of fries.
I received the wings and they’re as sweet as they are spicy.
I ask about the fries. Whoops he forgot to enter them.
I receive the fries and they’re chewy and stale.
So. You messed up my order twice and I don’t like the drink, the wings or the fries. You’re batting 1000!
And to the the bartender: Your anger over my 78 cent tip is roughly equal to my aggravation over your fumbling service and the poor food.

Came to cleveland again for work. this is the most consistent bdubs I been to throughout the u.s. Great service, good management, great wings

Ok I think this is my favorite restaurant and or bar not just because it is the closest to me. But, there are some good looking bar tenders that wait on you. They have really good cooks here also. If you pick a table, you will have a good looking waitress.
I like the wings here as my two favorite sauces are buffalo dry rub and chipotle BBQ dry rub. A third sauce I get sometimes is honey BBQ.
Also, you can play games on the playmaker like poker while drinking beer, watching a ball game, and looking at the good looking women that work here. They have free wi fi too that requires no password.
Furthermore, ask for the lunch loyalty card. With this, you get 5 punches and the next time you come in you get 5 dollars off your lunch. Now as far as lunch is concerned, most are between 6 dollars and 8 dollars. So you can really get a good deal here. Lunch is between 11am and 2 pm.

Arrived on a Saturday evening. Not very busy. immediately noticed the attractive female staff. Promptly greeted at the door. Grabbed a spot at the bar. Bartender did great job of keeping my beer glass full. Had sliders and hot wings. Food was served quickly and was fresh. Overall very good experience.

Still love to drink here (especially during the football season), but the food quality has gone way down,…and is still depleting fast.

Great place for wings, best in Cleveland for sure. It’s noisy and sporty. Always expect it to be quite full.

It’s like all bw’s! Great tv’s and good seating. Besides my server all of the others were just standing around bullshitting instead of helping their table. So I was lucky in that regard! The wings were good but they screwed us on our to go order. All in all its ok but not great. Best part is the fact the show the ufc fights for free. Also they have the nhl center ice package.

Much improved service since the opening a few weeks ago. You cannot expect the service and food times to be the great for a few weeks. I have been in several times during the past two weeks and never waited for lunch food and the service and staff were great.
Also, The staff at the Bar are excellent… it helps when they are cute as well!!!
