Brandon and Anthony did an outstanding job. They were the most reasonably priced and broke the project of refinishing the entire house into zones which allowed me to save up for each section of the house, making it more affordable. They are clean, organized, and affable gents. You are FOOLISH if you get anyone else to refinish your floors!

CHR just finished a job for a client of mine — and it was a difficult, tricky job to do. The floors were a mess before Brandon and his team showed up– pet stains, paint, scratches, etc. We (my client & I) knew that the floors may never be perfect due to the condition, however, CHR went above and beyond our expectations. They managed to remove almost all the stains, and the ones that were inevitably permanent, somehow added character to the floors in a way that could only be done by bringing out the natural beauty and finishing with the skill possessed by Brandon and his team. So happy to have found these guys — as an interior decorator, they will be my go to recommendation for people looking to have floors redone, or new floors installed. And most of all, I can’t wait to redo the floors in my home!

Brandon refinished my floors in the summer of 2013. It’s been about a year and I still look at my floors and marvel at how good they look compared to before. He is a professional in all ways. Answers calls, responsive, cleaned up when he was done. He always answered my questions and I knew what to expect. Not a single problem or complaint about the job he did or how he handled himself. I thought the price was reasonable and totally worth every penny. My floors look great and people comment on them all the time. I love that he uses a dustless sander so there wasn’t dust covering everything. I’d recommend him to anyone who needed repairs, installation or refinishing.

Brandon did our floors last May and I want to give him some love on Unilocal.He is a great craftsman and definitely someone you can trust. The floor we had was in terrible shape and he made it look like new for a fair price. I will add pics to their listing, you can judge for yourself.

Brandon from Cleveland Hardwood Restoration did such a great job on refinishing our floors. We had original pine flooring from 1929 in our home that has never been refinished and was covered with carpet. Once we removed the carpet, what we saw was dark and dirty wood. Brandon gave us the best price in town and we hired him to sand and finish our floors & stairs to look like new. I was highly impressed by how clean his work was and how much care he took in not damaging my newly painted trim. I only have a few spots to touch up and I’m very impressed! Definately recommend Brandon & we are planning on having him back next year to do our 1st floor.
