Just purchased a set of BF Goodrich (special order) raised white letter tires for a classic 73 firebird. Experience couldn’t have been more pleasant, from ordering them to the installation, Jim Dunkle led me through the whole process. Could not be more pleased with my purchase Great business with outstanding customer service and appreciation.

So I got my tire replace about a month ago. Last week Friday the light came on and my car my a funny noise on the way there. So I went straight after work. They allegedly checked it and said the pressure was to low. I was seen really quickly this time and knew that it was pointless in making am appointment since they aren’t really honored. I was really impressed in and out.
Sunday in driving back from a work related trip and the noise is has gotten louder and car is shaking. I pull over inspect 2 times. On the second time I run my hands over the interior top of the tire and low and behold it’s peeling off. No problem AAA get spare go home.
I’m exhausted so I send my family members to get the tire changed because it’s obviously defective. Instead of the associate changing the tire and apologizing for the inconvenience he first says I must have hit something. (False) Try again… Then it has to be me the driver bc I’m always in the store and he can see my history. (False again).
This is my second visit to this particular store and I will never go back. I’ve been a patron of this franchise for many years in the state of Texas and various locations. Customer service 101 never blame the customer…

I have gotten 2 sets of tires through them and both times they did a great job.
If you have a flat or get something in your tire they will repair it for free. Yes free.
Not only did they repair the tire they also checked the air in the other 3, torqued the lug nuts on the other 3 and cleaned the other 3 tires as well. Who does that? They do. They aim to get and keep their customers. Well done!!! I will be going back.

Made an appt online when had an unexpected tire issue while traveling from FL to TN. They had me back on the road in under 30 mins. Super fast, friendly and very clean!

The online appointment feature is great.
I requested an appointment last night and they were actually waiting for me this morning ten minutes before my time…
I pulled in and they met me at the car.
They took care of my car quickly and efficiently.
I will definitely use them again.
