Needed a tweeter for my 20 year old Cerwin Vega 2 way speakers… Low and behold they had one of which I was COMPLETELY blown away…
Took forever though but I am a patient person when something like this is going down… Now ES isn’t perfect but I appreciate the work they put into helping me with my ordeal…

I have rented pa systems in the past from these guys in the past and my biggest issue had been the extra long process it takes to actually get your equipment once you are at Empirical. Today I called to inquire regarding rent a pa system again. I called and told the person on the phone that I was interested in renting a pa system. To which I was returned a barrage of rude replies. This guy acted as if he was doing me a favor and letting me spend my hard earned money. I would not recommend using any of their services. The prices to buy equipment is sky high, they take months to complete simple repairs. Instead of renting from them I am going to buy a pa system. Do not spend your money at an establishment that doesn’t respect and value their customers!

Although it pains me to do this, I have to take these guys down a star.
They are cheap and will most likely always have what you’re looking for, it’s true. But when you go to pick up the audio equipment you’ll be there for the next 10hrs. Oh, and yes, even after calling ahead to reserve.
I thought this might be a fluke but it’s literally happened to me every.single.time.I’ve.been.there. Ugh! It’s the only thing that really sucks about renting here.
Other than that, you’ll be good. Just make sure if you’re picking up the day of your event to go very early.
