Picture and she said yes she could do it, then RUINED HIS HAIR by giving him a buzz. I was mad I wanted to cry !!! HORRIBLE!!! She needs to be fired!

Went in and was immediately seen by a stylist. She listened to exactly what I asked for and did her job very efficiently.
My hair looks and feels much better and I received multiple compliments on it when I went to the mall later that day. Very good choice for a budget hair cut!
