Indo-American Convenient

I wanted so much to love it here, but unfortunately, I’m beyond underwhelmed. Although this place has a great selection of items you can’t find at your typical grocery store, they leave much to be desired, like marking the prices on the items. It’s also a bit dusty in here, poorly lit, unnecessarily cramped, and not so great service.
I’ll come here again one day, just not too soon, hopefully it’ll be better then.

The name of the store is misleading. This is not a «Convenient» store. It is an amazing little Indian grocery store. I never knew it existed until last night.
My sister and I ventured out in the cold and snow on a quest for some spices. They have everything! Star anise, cloves, turmeric, curries, garam masala mixes — and all for GREAT prices. You will get a much better deal buying spices here than at any Giant Bird chain grocery store.
Very helpful staff that were curiously scratching their heads at the crazy white girls buying up all of their goods. I know they were quietly chuckling to themselves but that’s okay. They were nice about it.
Also, I know nothing about Bollywood really but they sell DVD’s for $ 5.
