The response I have received regarding my services and dissatisfaction is absurdly unprofessional. To attack me as an individual when my review is targeted at your services and not pershonhood only further demonstrates my point. I have seen lots of business owners protect their brand by addressing issues not demeaning clients; you have a lot of growing to do. I am a highly educated, professional woman and I have traveled the world; I have never seen such unprofessionalism and lack of standard as I have with «Lashtown Cleaveland.»
I purchased through groupon and after sending pictures and photos of my text thread noting how many times I have saught to peacfully resolve the issue, they refunded my money and apologized for the unprofessionalism and poor services. This obviously would not have occured if I did not have proof of my allegations. And anger is not even a factor; I kindly and patiently reached out and got nothing back at all, twice.
Again ladies, its fairly obvious that you would do better at a professional establishment or purchasing through some means where you can actually protect your purchase. Through her response to my review and her lack of response when contacted to correct services, you can tell what you would be buying.

Can I just say AMAZING! Super professional and knowledgeable. My lashes are gorgeous yet natural looking. I took a chance buying a groupon and she treated me like a full paying customer. I recommend to everyone.
