What can I say about NeoPro…
The customer service is amazing. For some reason, and Cyndi will attest to this, almost every one of my orders had something wrong with it… We have NO clue why, but it seems I am the bad luck photog. BUT Cyndi has personally taken me on, and made sure that my orders come to me right the first time. This is amazing CS in my book. If there is a problem, they take care of it, and go above and beyond.
The product is top notch! I LOVE. The prints, the blocks, and the pearl business cards!!!
And the shipping is lightning fast!!! If I place my order before noon, it typically shops same day! I am do glad I work with this lab!
