Had my first taste of Picadilly ice cream today at Cleveland Flea. Our choice was salty caramel. Although the flavor was good and the ice cream was very creamy, there was an underlying grittiness/powdery feeling to it. Perhaps the base was not mixed enough. In any event, I wan’t too impressed. Mitchell’s ice cream is much better! And if you can find it, Country Parlour ice cream made in North Royalton is the greatest!

I just had Piccadilly for the first time today at The CLE Flea. It was stoned words wonderful. I got a salted caramel frozen yogurt. They put it in a mixer. Added some liquid nitrogen. And turned a liquid mix into a creamy froyo. The texture was phenomenal. Thick and firm, but still smooth and creamy. After lunch my husband decided he wanted to try it. He got coffee flavored. So fantastic! They brewed local coffee(Nathan’s) the night before, so the flavor was deep and strong. And the chocolate chips on top were the perfect finishing touch. So I am an official fan. I already have plans on visiting the actual store front. Can’t wait!

The organic frozen yogurt was very good. The flavors were bursting. Tasted the vegan yogurt and it was good, too.

After trying 4 different flavors cause I couldn’t decide, I chose vegan strawberry, organic vanilla and double Dutch chocolate smothered w. Strawberries, mango, blueberries, and strawberry mochi balls. Perfect match for the sun finally peeking out on Coventry today.

Excellent. Deeeelish. I’m no vegan and really no health nut, and I’m a Mitchells girl at heart, which comes along with guilt and a very upset stomach after devouring a pint. I did not expect that this froyo would satisfy my ‘ice cream craving’ just as well. I’ll be back… many, many times to enjoy the delicious flavors and friendliness of the shop. Check this place out fo sho.

Vegan coconut milk froyo, you guys. Better than I ever imagined it could be. Almost better than the best things I can think of – that good. And made with only three ingredients: organic coconut milk, organic cane sugar and organic pureed fresh fruit. That’s it. And they actually purée the fresh fruit they get from the West Side Market. They are not buying already pureed crap. This is a major loophole in all the guilt associated with even eating regular froyo(which is basically no guilt, so that says a lot.) It’s even a loophole in my cleanse because it’s not dairy and the cane sugar is very minimal. Rejoice. Rejoice. And get yourself some vegan froyo. Top that shiz with fresh berries and throw a big middle finger to soul-crushing calorie counts, chemical-laden treats and cow nipples. We’ve got something better and better for you. *Drops Mic*

Amazing! Great frozen yogurt with refreshing flavors like pomegranate, pineapple, tart, and blueberry. And they have super fresh toppings with fruit from the West Side Market. Love the local vibe it has too! The walls are decorated with a map of Cleveland roads, photos of the pillars of transportation, and an awesome drawing of the West Side Market. There’s a couple stools by the window that are great for people watching and a couple tables for 2 along the wall. Don’t forget to get a punch card before you go! Discounts after your 5th and 10th froyo, and you’ll definitely be back more times than that!

VEGANYOGURT! Awesome! And not just one flavor, but FOUR! Thank goodness for the cup dividers, because I ultimately had to go with the coconut and apple cinnamon. Yum! There are lots of great options to choose from as far as toppings go(love the pomegranate), and it is great that all of the produce is purchased at the West Side Market. There is lots of organic, local goodness happening at Piccadilly. Piccadilly will become one of the vegan-friendly ice cream/yogurt joints now in our rotation as warm weather approaches.

Super cute shop with fresh ingredients! I tried the pomegranate frozen yogurt and unlike other frozen yogurt shops, they have pomegranate and mango as toppings! It was delicious!

Today was a bummer of a day for me. I hopped in the Yaris and decided to go for a cruise. Was headed in the direction of Porco. I ended up passing this warm, glowing storefront. I thought«What the hell? Bön Bön is closed?» I circled the block and saw it was Picadilly. I forgot that they were opening a store on the west side. Some sweet yogurt would do my sour day justice. The service was outstanding. Some Jose Gonzalez /Junip was playing which made me happy. The fruit toppings are from the West Side Market across the street. The mango and pomegranate seeds were great on the salted caramel and strawberry cheesecake frozen yogurts. I decided to try some warm rice pudding for balance. I tried all four flavored including the vegan offerings. All were satisfying. The weather is Polar Vortex 2014 v 2.0. The inside of Picadilly was warm and inviting.
