They were not there on a sunday morning and we had to drag all items from our storage far away from entrance. Amanda is nice, Russ gives good advice and fixed my key. Large garage entrance door was damaged for a long time leaving facility open. Prob. an insurance issue. Would rent from them again, they are secure which is what you want.

I’m writing a new review of this facility on West 117^th. I had a really, really bad experience with this facility ever since I first started renting space with them in March of this year. The manager is not a nice person, however, once I was concluding my business with them, my experience was much better. Russ is extremely polite and helpful. He walked me through the final steps of what I needed to do to empty my locker and stop accruing fees. Then once the locker was empty, I got a call from someone named Kim. She was very courteous and wanted to make sure my account was up to date so I didn’t end up paying any more fees. They were both very professional and I want to thank them for their help.

I have been here for a year and I have no complaints.
The facilities are clean and appear secure.
Access is secure but easy.
Customer service is always excellent.
Annoyed that the price jumped nearly $ 10.00, after on year (and at once, not gradually) but I feel that my belongings are safe. Now, if there is another price hike …
