My husband and I purchased a table, leather sofa and matching loveseat. They had to order the sofa, and it was going to be delivered on a different day during the following week. I received various phone calls rescheduling delivery. By the end of the next week, I received one call in the morning stating that the loveseat was damaged and another call two hours later, stating that the sofa was damaged. After getting several calls about rescheduling and then two separate calls about damages, we felt like they were hiding something. They could not give me an estimated shipment date on a brand new set until I was cancelling my order altogether. We kept getting the run-around. We will not do business with them again, nor will we recommend them to family/friends.

I bought 2 recliners at Scotts, and the bottom fell out of them. in less than a year. Scotts would not do anything to repair then or replace, or store credit. for that reason I would not recommend that Company. for anyone to give then their business. If you do not stand behind your product, or try to satisfy your customers. they do not deserve our business. They will not get any more of mine. unfairly treated customer.
