Starbucks

Not as easy to get to because there is no drive thru but this is still by far my favorite Starbucks. The employees are always so cheerful and helpful. Sometimes i come in with 4 teenagers and they never flinch art the large order. Ask them for suggestions and they are on it. I am always looking for a new drink i can make a skinny. Thank you baristas you are great.

Got a blonde roast pour over in about 3 minutes. Very attentive staff.
To all the naysayers, go down the street if you don’t like it here…

Great that you know the orders of all your regulars… just don’t start making them before you wait on the people actually ahead of them in line.

My average Starbucks would be a 3 stars. This one is fine. But its small and in a strip mall thats not the nicest or easiest to get into. The line wasn’t particularly long for a Starbucks but its small so the line was out the door. In cold wintery Cleveland, thats not a good thing.

Out of Verona so I wait… The kicker? Usually when you catch them with their pants down and have to brew they give you your coffee free for having to wait… I get charged…
Brooklyn Starbucks can suck my balls…

We go to this Starbucks all the time — several times a week at least. The staff are friendly and do a great job at not only correctly making each drink but also remembering regulars and getting their orders started before they have even gotten to the register. The overall environment is typical Starbucks — sometimes not very busy, sometimes crazy busy. We can usually find somewhere to sit. Sometimes people bring annoying children that they don’t control, but that really has nothing to do with Starbucks.
4 stars instead of 5 because Starbucks as a company does not have the highest quality coffee even though it is a great place to hang out and study or chat with a friend.

Terrible service. Didn’t have the full menu. Got my drink wrong. Got the drink of the person behind me wrong. Got the sandwich of the person in front of me wrong. Not a good experience.

While not my favorite Starbucks, I can’t complain. You receive the typical Starbucks treatment and beverages. It is a bit difficult to get to right now due to the Ridge Road construction, which makes it a 3 star review instead of a 4.
Starbucks, I enjoy knowing that I’m going to get the same thing every time I go. I’ll be back, I’m sure.

My favorite location and only location I go to. The workers make the visit worth it. Not the largest seating area, though it seems moderate compared to other locations I have seen. Always clean and a fair amount of outlets.

I actually got sandwiches today! The grill wasn’t shut down… So That was exciting.
My light ice iced soy chai was still half full with ice. And the brownie was dry. I am being picky… But when you’re paying 20 bucks for all the food and drinks. You should be lol
The guy who was working was really nice. He was listening to the order before it was officially written down. So he made everything a lot quicker.

This is a great store I would put it in the top 5% of all the Starbucks I’ve visited. The place is always clean and organized the staff is top rate friendly, fast and helpful. I’ve always gotten great service here fast and accurate. It is in a strip mall and getting off of I-​480 can be a challenge at times so I deducted one star not that they can help it. I highly recommend giving them a try.

This is a really small location because its within a major business district. Not good for studying, but great for the coffee pick up you need

This is my favorite Starbucks. The employees’ know what they are doing and they know how to make my coffee the right way. So it tastes the way I like it. Caramel Mach Decaf with extra syrup and whipped cream. Yummy!

Coming to Starbucks more now for my growing business. Meeting clients so I’m getting to compare them all over town. This one is at Ridgepark Square in Parma/​Brooklyn. I grew up around here and it has declined a litte but staple places like Lowes and Starbucks still standing.
This starbucks is good for meeting a friend or a client to talk. There is not much room to do work here though. Tables are small and so close together you feel like you are on a flight with Southwest Airlines to Vegas. There are not many outlets to plug in your laptops. Maybe they want to keep this as more of a social place as opposed to a place for business. If you are looking for a great Starbucks to do work at go to the one in Independence off Rockside Rd.
Drinks are consistent and the service this day was average, and not overly friendly. I would come back here.
