I come here all the time, the parking lot kinda blows bc of the way its set up, But theres a liquor store next door so that’s awesome. I’m always in and out with no issues I’m so surprised about the other reviews. I love that they have orange Fanta also. I have bought some cookies and they were good. I’m picky about cookies I like them to be soft not hard and store bought tasting.

After a horrible Subway experience today I decided to look on Unilocal just wondering if there was anyone else who had reviewed this store. I can’t say that I was surprised to find the only reviews were bad. The bf went to this store today to grab us some lunch before I had to go to work. I ordered a meatball sub on Herbs and Cheese and he ordered a ham and turkey sub on the same bread. When he came home he was absolutely livid. He said that the employees stood around speaking to each other and practically ignored him. When they finally acknowledged him it was only to ruin our food. He asked for mayo and they put a dot of mayo on his sub, when he asked for more they seemingly emptied the entire bottle on his sanwhich. They put maybe a slice or two of turkey and ham on his footlong sub and piled on the lettuce. As for my sub, the bread was burnt to a crisp instead of being lightly toasted like I’ve had at any other Subway. They also tried to charge him for«double cheese» which was never received. Suffice it to say, he was pretty pissed when he got home. I’ve had similar experiences and given that our food was practically inedible I decided I’d make a trip to Subway myself and figure out what exactly went wrong. I got in the car, drove to Subway and calmly asked to speak to the manager. The lady who I spoke with said she was the manager. I asked if she could come around the counter so we could talk and she insisted that we talk across the counter. I explained to her the experience my bf had had in her store and that we were both upset with the way he had been treated and the quality of the food we received. Her response? «Well then maybe you should go somewhere else». I was astounded. I didn’t make a scene, I kept my voice low so that other customers wouldn’t overhear our conversation, I was incredibly calm and respectful and the response I got was«go somewhere else». «Is that really your response from a manager to a customer?» I asked. She proceeded to tell me that she had been at the store the entire day and that nothing could have possibly gone wrong; so, yes, if we decided the food was bad and the service was horrible perhaps we should go somewhere else. I could not believe this lady. I have worked in the food service industry for years and I have never in my life heard of a manager treating a customer that way. She made no apology, no attempt to win me over, didnt even give me an «I’m sorry you feel that way.» What she did say was that since I wasn’t there I had no way of knowing what had happened and so I had no ground to stand on. «what about the inedible food?» nope, my bf had ordered a burnt meatball footlong sub with one slice of cheese and he also ordered a bottle of mayo to be emptied onto his lettuce ham and turkey. When I made a further attempt to discuss this and several other horrible experiences with her she simply waved her hand at me and told me to «Take it somewhere else» as if I were causing a scene in her store. I’m not one to really persue a matter once it’s done with, but this situation has really made my blood boil. I didn’t expect her to kiss my feet or give me free food. To be honest all I actually wanted was an apology or an explanation. What I did get was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had and a slap in the face. We won’t ever go back, and my advice is that you don’t either.

We use this one because it is right by the boyfriends house. Not too bad most of the time. Have had a few wing-nut help incidents, but not as bad as other review. Most of the time, we have had no problems. No dine in at this one,

Ok bare with me as I know reviewing Subway is like reviewing Taco Bell. I’m simply reviewing to let anyone aware to avoid this one… or more likely when a dark haired kid is working. I go in and order a sweet onion chicken sandwich… kid asks me «do you want this toasted?» I said no thanks(toasting it makes the break funky and brittle)…so the kid takes the two paper boats of cold chicken and instead of heating them up, just dumps them right on the bread. As he is putting the cheese on the cold chicken I asked him if he was going to warm the chicken…“but you didnt want it toasted” he replies. I asked if he was going to heat it in the microwave and he turned to a female co-worker and asked if the microwave was still broke. As she was getting bacon out of the same microwave, she said it was broken. I then asked why was she cooking bacon in a broken microwave and he replied«it overcooks things». Okay, so he toasts it for a second and then puts the veggies on…3 black olives… i ask for more so he generously puts on 4 – 5 more. I tell him no oil & vinegar and just vinegar… well he messed that up too. I was too damn hungry and too exhausted to walk out or demand the kid make another one so I just shook my head and paid and went home to eat my luke warm chicken mess
